Part of the upgrade was a new shower head. We went with a dual one to keep it luxurious and functional.

An important part of this bathroom design was to have a stylish and compact vanity. With cut back the size and mounted in the wall to conserve space.

The flooring color was also an important decision in keeping the room open. Our one goal was to make the space feel bigger. We chose a beautiful medium hardwood.

This corner shelf/seat allows for a perch in this narrow shower without taking up too much space.

In a dark room with no windows, making the space 1/3 bigger was all about careful color decisions. We went with lighter wall tiles and darker floors to really open it up. The difference is in the details!

A nice upgrade for the space was to add glass doors to the shower. Definitely made the room feel open and more inviting, despite the lack of natural light.
