When Melissa worked with Shaw Floors to install Floorté in her craft room downstairs, she knew it was an easy snap-together install that looked great underfoot. But a few months after the installation, her husband discovered three inches of standing, muddy water at the bottom of their steps. Melissa brought in a remediation company to help with the clean-up, and while carpeting in the main room needed to be removed, the Floorté in the craft room survived without change. “It was absolutely perfect still. They kind of just mopped it up and they were good to go,” Melissa said.
