The design focused on clean lines and a neutral color palette, blending natural materials. Key features include a floating double vanity with quartz countertop, a frameless glass shower with a rainfall showerhead, a freestanding soaking tub by a large window, underfloor heating, custom lighting, and smart technology integration. SABI managed all aspects, from design to logistics, ensuring a stress-free experience. The result is a functional, stylish retreat embodying SABI's commitment to excellence.

Dark stained maple cabinetry combined with Copper Dune Vein cut quartzite countertops compliment the textured slate-toned ledger stone around the bar area separating it from the rest of the basement. Textured glass installed in the wall cabinet doors along with sleek brushed nickel hardware emphasize the rectilinear and contemporary design in the space.

A sense of craft, texture and color mark this living room. Charred cedar surrounds the blackened steel fireplace. Together they anchor the living room which otherwise is open to the views beyond.

This transitional style bathroom design in Southfield, MI takes a narrow space and turns it into a neat, well-planned room with ample space and storage. Clever design details like the corner toilet and the faucet placed off-center at the sink maximize the floor plan to achieve the best layout possible . This room was totally remodeled. The existing fireplace opening and plinth was faced with natural stone and wired to accept the TV. Installed custom angled wooden side cabinets for storage and media needs. Ceramic tile with underfloor heating throughout the basement. On the left side, was a simple storage closet which was totally transformed into a beautiful wine cellar with insulated glazing, cherry wood racks and shelving to display the wine. Located in Palo Alto's flood zone, this Eichler home underwent a phased renovation thoughtfully redesigned to accommodate a growing family of five, with an emphasis on school proximity and nearby grandparents. The bedroom wing was completely reconfigured, including a new front addition as a guest suite for grandparents, expanding the house to five bedrooms and three baths. Taller 9-foot ceilings were introduced in some areas, enhancing the overall openness—a lofty goal for an Eichler. The tranquil courtyard, a favorite spot for the family, was redesigned to allow parents to watch the kids while cooking. The backyard became a relaxing lounging area connected to the living room. Once dark living spaces were modernized by removing a low-hanging beam in the kitchen, adding skylights for natural light, and eliminating the fireplace to create a more functional entertainment space. Finally, new landscaping reflecting the client's heritage and some of the home's architectural elements, creates a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow.
