Because this foyer was so long, the client desired for USI to create a larger statement piece to greet their clients. This 8' console really adds a nice touch to welcome their guest. By balancing the decor and embracing contrasting colors, USI was able to create a POP that will grab anyones attention.

This teenage boy LOVES his dog, and requested a grouping (display) of his best friend. If you look closely you can even read the signage "all guest must be approved by the dog"..... This was his favorite piece of decor. USI's goal is not to only make beautiful spaces, but to make beautiful spaces that reflect each clients personality!

The upper deck includes Ipe flooring, an outdoor kitchen with concrete countertops, and a custom decorative metal railing that connects to the lower deck's artificial turf area. The ground level features custom concrete pavers, fire pit, open framed pergola with day bed and under decking system.

Maximizing the functionality of this space, and coordinating the new kitchen with the beautiful remodel completed previously by the client were the two most important aspects of this project. The existing spaces are elegantly decorated with an open plan, dark hardwood floors, and natural stone accents. The new, lighter, more open kitchen flows beautifully into the client’s existing dining room space. Satin nickel hardware blends with the stainless steel appliances and matches the satin nickel details throughout the home. The fully integrated refrigerator next to the narrow pull-out pantry cabinet, take up less visual weight than a traditional stainless steel appliance and the two combine to provide fantastic storage. The glass cabinet doors and decorative lighting beautifully highlight the client’s glassware and dishes. This client wanted the second bedroom to be displayed as a home office, which could also function as a spare bedroom with a sleeper sofa. The soft colors and compact furniture not only complimented each other, but displayed maximum space planning.
