The Kitchen Couple

Loved them. They incorporated my wacky ideas and steered me in the right direction if I went too far afield. They are quick, talented, patient, and smart. Both Bonnie and Ron knew everything there was to know about Ikea cabinets, which put them light years ahead of other contractors I interviewed.

We hired The Kitchen Couple to design and build our Ikea kitchen. They added custom pieces to fit our space and needs and worked with us throughout the process to ensure we received exactly what we wanted. All of our cabinets came from Ikea but we ordered our countertops from another vendor and had our GC install them. The Kitchen Couple were very clear about costs and scheduling/project time frame. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected charges. They had to work with a very old and uneven space in our 1937 galley kitchen and did an excellent job. If you're looking for more design expertise than a GC can offer, but don't want to hire an architect and designer as well as builders, the Kitchen Couple offer a great packaged service that covers all of these areas. Also, since they're Ikea experts they can navigate the ordering & purchasing process better than I ever could have done on my own.
