IN July of 2019 we hired Helen with Refined Interiors Staging Solutions (RISS) Prior to putting our house on the market we consulted with Helen at RISS to advise us as to what was necessary to update and stage our home with the specific purpose of selling our house in the shortest period possible. Our home was 30 years old, and had some updating in the past two years in the kitchen, but the rest of the house was not updated. Helen made recommendations related to some simply painting and the changing of some light fixtures and instantaneously the home was transformed into a model beautiful house. Following staging with her furnishing, the home immediately grabbed your attention! Following the staging we put the house on the market in August and within four days we had an offer. We will close on the sale in September! We have nothing but the highest praise for Helen and her staging talents.

Commented: coordinating dining /living room rugYes, try a smaller loop sisal or jute rug. That will look beautiful in a beach house! Also, make sure you put something on the bottom of your chairs to help them slide easier on the rug.
