212 Concept offers top notch customer service! While searching for a modern sideboard to accent my dining room furniture, the one I was interested was no longer available. Ethan with 212 Concept was so attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to find alternatives in similar styles, finishes and price ranges. He was prompt to reply and eager to help me find the perfect piece. I'm currently in the process of furnishing my entire home which is daunting, but I will definitely continue to seek out the services of 212 Concept. Ethan at 212 Concept was very responsive from the start as I was shopping for a modern sofabed. He sent swatches promptly, and contacted the manufacturer, Innovation, to research how I might get my chosen style, the Dublexo Deluxe, with an all black powder-coated frame since it appeared that different versions included both black and stainless frame components. But the real test came when the shipper delivered the couch without its four wooden legs, just a week before we had houseguests arriving. I discovered this on a Saturday when opening the packages, spoke to Ethan on Monday morning, and by Thursday evening had an express-mailed package with replacement legs on my doorstep! Luckily the assembly indeed took fifteen minutes; the job was finished as our guests pulled up. The Dublexo looks great and worked wonderfully. Bravo Ethan and 212Concept!

I had an problem with a rocking chair that I had purchased through them. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely professional and kind. When my family and I move to a larger space next year I hope to give them more business. Nothing but a pleasure to deal with.

My two Tred Side Tables arrived, and they are exactly as pictured online, and better. Beautiful craftsmanship, very study, and I'm thinking of ordering more; they can be used anywhere in my home. I was thrilled to find a company that offered the fantastic modern style I was looking for... Talk about beautiful!!! Then choosing which piece was hard because they offer so many great options. They were great at sending fabric samples, which to my surprise were accuratly shown on line as well. I know I am a tough customer, in that I ask a "lot" of questions..( no stone unturned). I had a very positive experience with 212 Concept. The chairs I ordered arrived just as pictured. To be honest, they did arrive a week later than promised but I was updated promptly of the delay and I understand those things happen. Great communication with my sales person and I LOVE my chairs.
