The "38 Spatial" team created and completed exactly what I had envisioned to make my new home perfect. Alexander Barrett was very helpful to provide a mix of functions within this back yard lounge. I needed to fulfill the needs of various different guests. The teams attention to detail and rapid pace of work was very impressive. My family and I now reap the benefits of 38 Spatial's knowledge & experience to do and outstanding job.

We came to Alexander wanting to build on our property in Napa County. We were clueless! Alexander listened to us and visualized our thoughts on what we wanted and put it on paper. He walked us through, patiently and completely from design, to permits, meeting all the requirements needed to move forward. He's made himself available to us whenever we have a question or a concern, helping us at ever turn even working with us to interview contractors. It was a great day when he called to tell us the County had approved the plans! Now we're seeing the fruit of his labor and our dream coming into reality. We highly recommend 38spatial, they are knowledgeable from the beginning to the end, reseptive to our wants and needs, professional and approachable. We are very greatful to them and look forward to an ongoing relationship as we continue to develop our property.

This design firm is very professional and provided me with efficient, honest, and creative work for the architecture design of my home addition. Communication was awesome and my vision was really brought to fruition with their suggestions - (even with all of my demands, sometimes which seemed impossible!!). I would highly recommend them and enjoy my space every day.

They incorporated a new product, Smart Glass, in our conference room that allows for privacy when meeting with clients.
