Called in the morning both cars were out before noon. They replaced the lift cables on my heavy wooden door. It opens quieter than before. $250

In replacing my garage door, 614 Garage Door was the only vendor who came to the table with their best price first. Apprehensive because they were my first estimate, I used their estimate as my baseline for four other companies. After meeting a couple other companies it became apparent, well kind of fun, to price shop and see if I could get other companies to 614 Garage Door's price. After much back-and-forth, they were able to get close. In the end, I'm very happy with the experience. Being a Project Manager in construction, I'm usually the one who fixes things around the house. With a busy schedule, I reluctantly hired this work out. 614 Garage Door came prepared from the interview by bringing samples and literature, and this continued through the installation. Overall, a great experience and transaction.

Chris and his team did an excellent job installing my 2 new garage doors. Very professional. Worked all day and night to get it installed in just 1 day. He even recommended a space-saving design mount on the wall "beside" my garage door, freeing up ceiling space for even more storage. Super quite too. Highly recommend.

My mother's garage door was making terrible noise and we thought she would need it replaced. Chris came out and took a look and told us that all that was needed some routine maintenance. He took care of it and now the door makes so little noise that my mom can't tell if the garage door opener actually opened the door! Super happy with Chris and his work!

The spring on our garage door was broken and we couldn't open the door. Chris (?) gave us multiple options at different price points with how to resolve/improve our system issue, and then on site helped resolve a few other minor issues and tuned up our system for a small fee.
