We hired Bailey Draper Custom Homes for several renovations. First for our backyard in which he customized a cabana to match our home, huge trex deck, basketball court and landscape. He also renovated an attic into a workout room and installed a double sided wine cooler by expanding an existing small closet. All the work he has done is top notch never lacking detail. Bailey is a visionary and can walk into a space and calculate the best floor plan instantly. He is our go to contractor and would most definitely hire him for a new home build if and when we decide to take that step. Bailey is also an honest man, easy to work with and priced very competitively.

Bailey Draper restored my faith in General Contractors. He took over the completion of my home after a very bad experience. Bailey always acted with the utmost integrity, his work quality is top notch, he, and all of his employees were always professional, knowledgeable, kind, and met all deadlines and budgets. I am incredibly grateful to Bailey for his willingness to take over a difficult project, and always going above and beyond what was required of him.

Easy to work with. Honest, professional, does what he says he will do. Strives for excellence. All subs were easy to work with as well. We ripped up all floors and put down new wood, carpet and tile. We replaced all windows, totally remodeled our master bath, painted, new granite and much much more. All products were quality, high-end. Punch list completed timely....What is truly amazing is that we finished under our original estimates

We returned home one evening to find a water pipe had broken and our first floor had 5" of standing water. Part of our floor was tile and part carpet. The insurance company agreed to put in new carpet but said the tile was fine. Bailey's floor man met the insurance adjuster at our home with a meter which showed moisture content and convinced the adjuster the title had to be replaced. Bailey convinced the adjuster that since the lower kitchen cabinets which had water damage had to be replaced he also had to replace the upper cabinets so the entire kitchen would match Bailey's crew removed the bottom foot of sheet rock throughout the house and replaced it, They totally rebuilt the kitchen with new counter tops on the new cabinets. We were able to replace the tile with marble with the insurance settlement and got the entire interior repainted which had to be done since you could not match old paint and just repaint the replaced sheet rock. The work was first class, done promptly, and well supervised. We have recommended Bailey to our friends and certainly would call him again if we needed a builder. Bailey built our home 22 years ago (he also built my mom's next door) ... my husband got bids from 2-3 builders and when my husband compared apples to apples, we went with Bailey (we didn't go with the cheapest guy out there - we were looking for quality). We still love our home and I wouldn't want to build another home with anyone but Bailey! I have several friends who've also built with Bailey Draper Custom Homes and they have ALL had great experiences!! He's the BEST!!
