THE PROJECT IS A $200,000 GARAGE PROJECT IN AN AREA THAT PRESENTED MANY CHALLENGES WITH THE LOCAL PLANNING DISTRICT. MATT'S SITE VISIT AND MANY FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE PLANNING DISTRICT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATION. WE LIVE AWAY FROM THE SITE AND MATT'S HELP WITH ADDITIONAL DEMANDS WHEN WE WERE AWAY WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
