A&E builders did an outstanding job on our house, a custom pre-fab which we knew would require considerable additional construction and finish work, but turned out to also need a lot of unexpected repairs to the pre-fab elements. A&E excelled at all of this. The finish work and carpentry they did is truly beautiful--and they also persevered at the much less fun job of finding and fixing a host of problems that turned up in the pre-fab units. They are knowledgeable, skillful, reliable and were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I very highly recommend them.

I have worked with this firm on numerous projects and the level of workmanship is outstanding. They are skilled at the most complicated and intricate of finish work. They give 110 percent to every job and they go out of their way to make sure the client loves the finished product. Extremely capable of handling large projects. And their staff and crew are very, very pleasant.

Eric, Andy and crew did a great job our major interior and exterior remodel including kitchen, living room, interior and exterior structural changes. They are easy to work with and have great ideas and are receptive and respectful to yours. We are very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely use them for future projects.

I have to say we were not sure on what contractor to choose when we first began our project . We really were anxious to get our home built. We met with several contractors who in essence, fed off our emotions and offered proposals and promises that were truly unreasonable . Finally we met with A& E Builders, and chose them. We are so happy we made that choice. Both Eric and Andy were extremely professional, very straight forward and at no time did they make any unrealistic promises nor offer unreasonable expectations.. We were on a very tight budget and thanks to Eric, his great ideas and his experience, he kept me in check! I learned quickly the difference in what I wanted and what was in the budget!!!! The crew working for them was extremely talented, true craftsman and punctual . In the end we ended up with a beautiful well- built home and very pleased!! Highly recommend this contractor .

A&E Builders performed a complete gut renovation and extension of our home in Long Beach. They have extensive knowledge of what extra protections and safeguards a home needs in case of flooding and also the daily exposure to the fresh salt air. They were instrumental in not only the construction, but the design of the structure. I showed Eric and Andy pictures of what I liked, and they always figured out a way to execute it in my home. If I saw something I liked that was out of our budget, they also made suggestions on how I could achieve a similar look while still staying on budget. They were easy to work with and their crew is very professional. The finished project is everything I dreamed of and more! Their finish work is impeccable. If I ever did another project like this, I would want A&E to do the job! They are honest, hardworking, professional and creative.

I have worked on several projects with Eric and Andy from A&E, and what sets them apart from other builders is their genuine concern for the customer's needs and wants. There are always a multitude of choices and a great fear in home owners is that they may leave out something important. There is nothing Andy & Eric & their team CANT do and they've become my "go to guys" on EVERYTHING since. I also hired contractors and walked away with 2 good friends.
