Above & Beyond Building

We found Above and Beyond to be a very organised and efficient builder to work with. We had a new house built in 2022. They did our house design and completed everything to moving in date. They worked with us monthly regarding budget, picking out finishing inside, kitchen, flooring etc. They always informed us of where they were with the schedule for all the sub trades. Whenever there was an issue, it was dealt with right away. The staff were all very pleasant and made us feel like part of their family. Above and Beyond completed a 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest cabin for us this year. We received a turn-key solution, from pre-construction structural design and detailed budgeting through to permitting, construction and interior design completion. Project management and communication from both Mindy and Shiloh were excellent throughout. The project took a little longer than anticipated but they navigated pandemic challenges with professionalism, keeping us informed, providing workable solutions for any obstacles that arose and we are thrilled with the final result. My wife and I hired A & B last year to renovate our cottage in Muskoka and it was a major project. Josiah Lee runs the business and nothing is ever a big deal, Shiloh runs the office, seamlessly, Vicky, the painting - artistic quality and Master carpenter Dave who can build just about anything. You would never be disappointed in going with A & B and if it sounds like they paid me to write this, they didn't! My wife wants to buy another cottage just to work with them again but that's going a bit overboard but if we ever do, there is only one choice - Above and Beyond!
