AC Remodeling is the best! We can’t say enough about the great experiences that we have had with them. They have done a number of major projects for us since 2019: completely remodeling our kitchen, completely remodeling our primary bathroom, and renovating our hall bathroom and powder room. We have worked with many home improvement contractors over the years (decades) and we always have had to worry about their work quality, timeliness, responsiveness, etc. We never have had any of those worries with AC Remodeling. They are knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. And they do excellent work! Alex, Carolina and Melissa think of every detail (including details that we haven’t yet thought of) and always have been friendly, proactive, quick to respond and delightful to work with. They are careful to make sure that we have all required permits and inspections. Their work crews always show up right on time. They always are skilled, efficient, polite and considerate. They are especially careful, before doing anything else, to put down protective floor covering and to seal off the construction areas to protect the rest of the house from dust and debris. Our kitchen and bathrooms have been creatively and thoughtfully designed and skillfully constructed. They are absolutely beautiful! AC Remodeling is the best!

AC Remodeling did a fantastic job on our basement room remodel! The owners were wonderful to work with, and Alex and Carolina’s design guidance made the process smooth. They provided a clear digital layout so we could fully understand the plan beforehand, and Alex’s emphasis on quality materials and good design really came through in the final product. The crew was excellent — very hardworking with a great attention to detail. Their craftsmanship shows in every detail: beautiful solid wood doors, effective soundproofing, smooth new walls and ceilings, and wood flooring. They added vents to route heating and cooling into the room and the recessed and dimmable lighting added the perfect finishing touch. We are thrilled with the transformation and highly recommend this team!

We worked with AC Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and living area, taking down the space to the studs, adding an additional door, and relocating major appliances such as the stove and fridge. We loved working with the whole team — the designer Rob walked us through every option and designed a really intentional and functional layout for the space. Alex, Carolina, and Melissa were there with us the whole way to help us select tiles, fixtures, and hardware, providing helpful recommendations from their experience to make sure we were making the right choices. Alex and his team were incredibly reliable, and we had updates consistently throughout the process so we always knew what was happening and what the next steps for the project were. The construction crew themselves were great to have around the house, the same set of people every day, and we enjoyed having them in our home. The crew arrived on time every single day, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. Construction during renos are always disruptive, but we really felt the crew did what they could to minimize the impact. Alex was onsite on some capacity pretty much every day of our nearly 3 month long reno period, and we really enjoyed the hands-on touch he brought. It meant that any and all questions we had (and we had many!) were answered promptly and clearly. This was our first renovation and so we had a lot of unknowns, but we always felt comfortable and like we were in good hands with AC Remodeling. We would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Alex Reyes and his whole team were amazing to work with. They were responsive, prompt, and thorough. From the start of the project (the estimate was spot on) till its completion, the team was lovely to work with. Melissa came up with great design options for our bathroom (we picked one with hardly any edits at all)! The onsite team was great and friendly. In fact, my kids missed them once the job was complete. At one point, the vendor we bought our vanity from delivered it -- to the STREET -- in front of my house. I called Alex, and he and his team were out front within an hour and moved inside for me. I cannot think of a project that went off so seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend AC Remodeling (as does my husband, who is a commercial general contractor, and that is saying a lot)!

AC Remodeling remodeled our basement which had two sides finished at different times by the previous owners maybe 25 or 30 years ago. It was, cold, low ceilings, and not appealing. With the wall between areas and no bedroom door, we could never figure out how to change it. The design services provided at the beginning of the project showed us exactly how it would look in the end and now it looks just like the design. All of our exercise equipment is on one side and the in-law suite bedroom has a door and beautiful bathroom. There is an updated gorgeous kitchenette and TV room. We love to spend time down there. There was plenty of communication, and the final finishes are perfect. Anything that we required was incorporated and any questions and concerns were dealt with by Alex very quickly. We are very pleased with our remodel and we can't wait to have visitors.

Our kitchen remodel is GORGEOUS! From the very beginning Alex, Carolina and the rest of the AC Remodeling team were professional, punctual and tidy every day. Alex and his artisans (they truly are!) kept us informed, deftly handled inspectors and worked in tandem to keep our inconvenience to a minimum. Carolina and Alex offered up great ideas, listened to ours and then made it happen! The experience was truly collaborative and fun! Our beautiful new kitchen functions so much more efficiently than before. And our new powder room and second bathroom are stunning as well. We highly recommend AC Remodeling for their attention to detail and ability to complete their expert work on time, as promised!

The entire process working with AC Remodeling to renovate our kitchen was seamless. Alex and Carolina were very responsive to our concerns and worries during the planning stages in regards to our space and preferences. During the renovation, the team was prompt, hard working, professional, fast, organized, and excellent at cleaning up on a day to day basis. Alex communicated all next steps in a timely manner so we knew the details of exactly what was going to happen and when. Alex is focused and detail orientated. He takes great pride in every detail of his work which is evident in the final product as our kitchen looks spectacular. We will definitely be using them again for all future projects!

In the 26 plus years we have lived in our home, we would state that AC Remodeling is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our project was to complete a major renovation of our studio rental apartment over our garage. A major challenge was to redesign the unit’s tiny kitchen area and relocate the stacked washer and drier. Owners Alex and Carolina came up with an innovative plan that allowed us to install standard size appliances and space-efficient cabinets. Construction was carried out by an experienced team that showed up every day on time and did quality work. Alex visited the job site daily to keep things on schedule. He communicates well, often using email to keep us informed of what was going on and to let us know when we had to select and purchase various items such as tiles, faucets, counter-tops, appliances, and a bathroom medicine cabinet. In sum, we are very happy with the results, would highly recommend this company, and plan to use AC Remodeling again for new projects in our house.

We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of our basement and kitchen remodel with AC Remodeling! Not only did Alex come in at a price that was more than fair, but he and his team provided a far higher level of value than my wife and I could have ever expected. From the initial design and planning stages, to the final touches on the last day, it was a seamless process with Alex and Carolina carrying the load for planning, scheduling, ordering, etc. Very little was required from us except for picking out our favorite appliances and colors. Alex and Carolina helped walk us through what worked best for our dream design while not breaking our budget. The AC team was also a pleasure to have in our home. Punctual, professional, polite and truly masters of their trade, each team member was respectful of our home (and our dog, who was without a doubt, a nuisance as he wanted to go in and out each and every time they did), and were easy to talk to when we had questions about any phase of the project. If we have any future home improvement projects, it’s a no-brainer that we will be reaching back out to Alex, Carolina and the team to help us realize our dreams!

AC Remodeling is terrific. They provided hands on help with the design and selection of materials. The construction was great and on time. They also pay attention to the details and work with you to be sure you know and approve of each step. Plus, the entire crew was friendly and very neat. We will use them for all our remodeling needs.

We used AC Remodeling to update 2 of our original bathrooms. We were extremely pleased with Alex's knowledge of products and management of the job. He kept things on schedule and helped us every step of the way. His team of workers were very professional and worked hard from start to finish.
