We wanted to change a screen room on our deck to a 3-season room. We found Accurate Contracting Services to be competitive with the bidding. Ron and Ryan listened to our need and offered several suggestions. They explained what they could do and demonstrated the windows and flooring that they would use. Both excellent choices. They do an excellent job of listening and making sure our needs are taken care of. They wanted to make the addition look like it was built with the house—and it does. They have an excellent crew working with them. Kyle was a sturdy worker and knew what he was doing with the flooring. Tim is a true craftsman who is one of the best tradesmen I have seen work. He did the trim work and outside siding and made the project complete. Ryan is the roving supervisor who seems to know about everything and had tremendous ideas for the job. My strongest recommendation is in the fact that I had an ideal vision of the finished project in my head, and the final project was even better than I imagined it. Steve Short

Ryan and his crew are a dream to work with! From his initial visit to give an estimate to sending us to the right people at Menards to help pick out the door that we wanted having given us exact measurements. His crew was considerate, they were flexible, and they were clean. I can’t recommend them enough. They were so thorough, double and triple checking their work. Everything was done perfectly!

When you start thinking about a remodeling project, the first decision you have to make is regarding who to work with. Finding the right match for you is so important, and I was fortunate enough to do so. Ron and Ryan are reliable, responsive and detail oriented, all of which was critical in the major remodeling I had done on my home. They worked with me collaboratively on redesigning both the outside and inside of my home. Their great suggestions regarding materials, suppliers, styles and even colors were very helpful. I trusted them to do conscientious work and they did not disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were looking for someone to help us remodel our basement. We got a couple of estimates and both were very similar. I asked a friend who they used to finish their basement and they said Accurate Contracting Services, and they highly recommended them. We decided to go with Accurate based on the recommendation as well as our initial meeting with Ron and Ryan. Throughout the entire project, Ryan always responded to our texts and phone calls promptly. Ryan was present on site daily making sure every aspect of the basement remodel was being done correctly and per the contract. All of the subcontractors showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up upon completion. Everything was done professionally and up to code and completed on schedule and we couldn't be happier with our basement remodel. It is everything we wanted it to be. We highly recommend Accurate Contracting Services, Inc.

I write this review with a certain amount of hesitation because I don't want to have to book out several months or weeks to get Accurate back in my house for other projects. Going through the thousands of home-repair / remodel companies out there is a giant haystack. Ryan and the entire Accurate Contracting Services team is the needle made of pure platinum. Ryan was fantastic in communicating in the "early and often" methodology. There was never really a chance to ask questions because he had explained thing so thoroughly. We have gorgeous new windows thanks to Accurate and are definitely planning to use again. Oh - and this should be the clincher for everyone: they show up on time and leave a clean workspace behind them. If nothing else - that speaks massive volumes for this company.

I have used Accurate Contracting Services for 3 different jobs over the past few years. The 1st was a leak in the dining room which they fixed then redid the ceiling/wall that was damaged. The 2nd job was to put down a new floor in both the kitchen and the laundry room. Just recently, I had them remodel all 3 bathrooms and put the same flooring as above in 1 bathroom & the family room. I cannot say enough about how much I would recommend this company. Their performance is exceptional. The best thing to me is the fact that they are honest. They will identify where there can be cost savings and where it is best to upgrade. They offer innovative options. Ryan spent a lot of time helping me pick out all the items like faucets, shower doors, etc. Then he also spent time with me working on what colors were best for the grout and the paint. Another nice touch is Ryan would call every morning (or the night before) to tell me who would be there that day and what they would be doing. I always felt that I was in the know on everything. And much of the time, Ryan was here to make sure everything was going according to plan. All the workers were always on time and very respectful of my house and property. I would highly recommend ACS.

We moved into our new home in Antioch a few months ago and needed our standalone shower re-caulked, as well as our bedroom doors fixed so they would actually close and latch (otherwise our pets will try to barge in at all hours!) We called Accurate, and the owner responded VERY quickly - sent someone out to assess the issue and provide a cost estimate, then they scheduled time to come by a few days later to do the work. They were right on time, highly professional, came in right at budget, and did very good work. We will definitely call them again for future jobs!

The attention and care these guys put into their work is impressive! The first project we had them do was repair some severe, structural water damage on a wall. They rooted out every rotted bit that spanned three floors and the interior finish work was seamless – you’d never know there had been a problem. The second project was the replacement of two windows which was completed as agreed within the forecast time frame. Currently they are remodeling the kitchen and I can hear their discussion as they work. It’s not about getting it done, it’s entirely about getting it done right as they are painstakingly making the floor *perfectly* level. I cannot recommend Accurate highly enough!

I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in my basement so I looked for a local company to give me a price to repair it. Accurate contracting was 1 of the places I called. Ron and Ryan (and the rest of the crew - thank you all) were available and gave me a price. Theirs was not the lowest, nor the highest price, but I was impressed with their professionalism, respect for me and my home and courtesy. That professionalism, respect and courtesy was not a fluke with the bidding process. The team completed the job and I am more than happy with it, especially the communication that kept me up to date. When it's time to replace the flooring in the basement, I will be reaching out to them again.
