For us this was a major remodel. We wanted to add an extra Bedroom with a deck above and an exterior spiral staircase; move the laundry room upstairs; upgrade the guest bathroom, add an entertainment room/ prep room for the outdoor kitchen, and complete the project with an upgraded back yard. We had already had a false start with another contractor so took our time when we selected ACM Construction /Builder Group. Arman worked closely with our selected Architect and this helped the early part of the project and also with the bidding stage. Arman had several helpful suggestions based on his experience but was always mindful to ensure we had what we wanted! We stayed in the house for most of the work ACM tried hard to minimize noise and dust. We particularly liked the Weekly On-site meetings which were at a set time each week. This allowed us to ask questions and confirm progress. Arman's work schedule was easy to follow and along with the weekly meetings helped a lot. The guest bathroom turned out to be a shining example of the professionalism and quality of work that ACM are capable of. We had a shower with a curved feature and Arman helped us select tiles that look great but were far more difficult to install than any of us imagined. Arman did not cut any corners but ensured everything was finished to a very high standard. We tried to keep to the original work plan but did have a couple of change orders that really enhanced the project. As a result we did finish later than the original plan but we are extremely happy with the result. In addition to the project itself Arman and his crew sometimes did extra things which were little for them but a big help for us. Overall there were no major surprises, no cost overruns and I would have no hesitation in recommending ACM or using them in the future.

The work started small, but expanded significantly. Arman took it all in stride and coordinated all of the various projects. Having just one contractor to work with to do all these things was wonderful. He is on time for every meeting he sets up with you, he tracks all details painstakingly, and he has multiple contacts with suppliers which helps facilitate the entire purchasing process of cabinets, tubs, sinks, counter tops and everything else. The bathroom remodel was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. The Contractor was open, honest and supportive from start to finish. Assistance was provided in selecting quality materials. Workers were completely focused on every aspect of the job as if were their own. As a result the end product is outstanding. I definitely recommend ACM Construction/Builder Group without hesitation.

This company did an excellent job on helping remodel a condo we inherited. I lived across the country and I was still able to adequately get the job done and in a timely manner. I was kept up to date on all happenings and everything that needed to be done. My project was a complete remodel, so the guys did everything from tearing out the kitchen and completely replacing with a new design and all new everything, 2 complete bathroom remodels from floor to drywall, 3 full bedrooms, and a huge living room. We had to replace everything from the floor to the drywall to the ceiling in some parts, and even electrical. Every request I made was met and exceeded. The overall project cost around $175,000 from start to finish, and I would not have been able to complete it all without the help of Arman and this company. The project took place between November of 2016 to June of 2017.
