Action Landscaping Inc

I sincerely wanted to give Action Landscaping 5 stars for their work. They put in a large retaining wall in the back of my house, to essentially level the backyard (which had previously been a steep hill). The job was finished in 3 days time, and everything was handled diligently and professionally. However, a problem ensued with the landscaping part of the project, and the company was not very communicative or forthcoming with solutions. In my opinion, the true essence of a company is how they handle problems or issues with customer satisfaction (many companies are on their best behavior before final payment; once a job is "finished" and paid for, then all bets are off, and the best companies continue to engage the customer and strive for customer satisfaction). This is where Action Landscaping disappointed me, with their poor communication and, in my opinion, lazy response. I don't think they're a bad company (their wall work seems quite good), but I feel they don't quite reach the class of being a really good company based on their "conflict resolution skills."

Grant and his team tamed the jungle that was my backyard, a seemingly impossible task which involved removing trees, poison ivy, and a pernicious and overgrown ground cover. He and his staff were courteous and flexible, and followed up after the job was complete to see if I had any issues. Good service for a good price.

Great team to work with for small spaces and creativity. We partnered with Action Landscaping to create a spa like retreat in our backyard. We can thank Action Landscaping enough for creating a tranquil setting around the pool that provides both privacy and beauty.

Action Landscaping has provided us with excellent service. We most recently used them in 2014, but they also completed a project for us in 2012. I plan to use them again later this year.

Received flower beds that frame our front porch with a small pillar to finish the edge. Easy to maintain plants were planted and given very clear instructions on how to take care of them. It was a great experience working with them!
