We came to Liz with a vague idea of a kitchen remodel and needed some design help. We liked that her past projects weren't afraid of interesting colors/textures, we really wanted to make our kitchen our own. We did not want the traditional all-white kitchen, and we did not want to take out any walls. Liz guided us through the entire project from design, layouts to general contracting and vendor management without ever pressuring us along the way. She had really creative solutions to problems we had never even considered, and she was very flexible and welcoming of our input. We did the project in stages and hit milestones where they made sense, she was great letting us pay for services as we used them. She did an amazing job using the existing features in our house and blending it with creative and interesting design ideas. We were interested in different colors, textures, metals, woods, and she was able to incorporate all these different things without any one standing out or looking out of place. She hit our budget spot on, and finished the construction early if you can believe it. She has great relationships with local trades and always follows through on workmanship and quality. She was amazing at following up if anything did happen, like a banquette seat delivered with damage, she worked with the vendors to make it right on our behalf. Liz went above and beyond to make our project a success and happy with our new kitchen and dining room!!

She listens carefully and does lots of research to find the right solution. In our case, we were replacing an old hanging sink with a vanity in a century old bathroom. We described what we wanted and she came back with ideas that reflected our wishes. On top of that, she came back with great ideas of her own. One of her ideas, we ended up running with. She even engineered a modification to the store-bought vanity that made it fit perfectly in our bathroom. She managed the ordering, delivery, and even found a great contractor to facilitate installation. We look forward to working with Liz again!

I feel so grateful that I was able to be matched with Liz. In addition to the fact that she was reliable to work with, prompt, and creative - what I most appreciate about Liz was her willingness to learn about my culture, my style and my routine to find a design that is relevant to who I am and what I wanted to accomplish. As a first time home owner, Liz was able to help me prioritize the work I wanted to do based on a budget. We ended up remodeling my kitchen and updating the cabinet colors in my bathroom. I was so happy by the way she was able to coordinate schedules among all the different contractors (who were amazing), and myself. Liz is my go to person for interior design work. Liz was invaluable in our recent project to redecorate our new home. Liz has expertise that far exceeded the demands of our job as she has skills in construction contracting as well as interior design and we used her for more of a straight redecorating project after moving into our new house. This included a ton of new furniture since we upsized from an 1,100 SF condo to a 2,300 SF house...plus re-carpeting, some painting, etc. Liz provided a full suite of services and advice from day 1. She listened to our input and made us partners the whole way. From detailed budgeting, to mood boards to 3D dollhouse/walkthrough digital renderings of each room as the design evolved. She held our hands through many a decision. She found us the look we wanted and did so by combining new pieces, vintage pieces, and a few items,s we already owned. She found screaming deals on new and vintage furniture (e.g.: a new high end European bed frame that retails at obscene prices but she found for peanuts at a Habitat for Humanity store; vintage Broyhill and Sheaf of Wheat tables). She had strong relationships with excellent contractors who worked with us during the pandemic supply chain crisis to carpet and paint quickly, expertly and under budget. The final result is a home we adore and can fully relax in. Liz's eye for design and room layout, her straightforward and transparent approach to pricing/budgeting, her excellent communication skills and her sense of humor got our project done on time (frankly far faster than we ever imagined given COVID delays/backlogs of items worldwide) and on budget. We highly recommend her.

I would describe Liz as an artist with real world construction experience. This gives her a unique ability to create design with an eye for what the contractors will be able to accomplish, not to mention her extensive list of reliable ones to choose from. She won’t waste your time with overly lofty designs that can’t be achieved based on regulations or safety. This results in a design from her that it is livable, comfortable, reasonable in expense, within regulations and permittable, beautiful, unique and something that matches your dreams. Over the years, I have called on Liz (and her mom!) to discuss tile, paint, closets, ceilings, deck, and kitchen and the advice has been right on every time. For my most recent design consultation, I had initially wanted to do a major bathroom remodel and Liz provided ideas on alternative ways to achieve our design objectives with less disruption and expense while still increasing our home value. I recommend her and will use her services again.

Liz transformed our attached garage from a dismal, concrete-floored typical garage to a fantastic, stylish "bonus room" that we use as a family all the time! She consulted with us about our desired style and provided multiple options that aligned to our vision and how our family likes to spend time together. Communication was excellent throughout, as was Liz's dedication to finding relatively obscure items that gave our space that next level of personalization. Liz went above and beyond to finish this work during the pandemic while ensuring both safety and sticking to our original budget. I'm so grateful that we did this project with Liz and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

It is such a pleasure to work with Liz. My husband and I are not good at making big financial decisions that involve interior or exterior design; we consulted Liz to design a plan for the exterior paint of our home. There were so many things to consider, the body, the trim, the railings, the door, the garage doors, the cap! I had no idea the details involved with choosing paint. She provided us mixed paint samples to actually paint onto wood; we then were able to see how the paint dries and looks on sunny and cloudy days. Liz went above and beyond, sending us multiple options and photo rendering so we had a good idea of how things would look. She was a great mediator between my husband and I and we knew we couldn't make a mistake with her on the project. Thanks so much! We look forward to our next project with your guidance!

I've known Liz personally for almost twenty years and she is honest, creative and very talented. All of my real estate projects are passed by her in one way or another.
