Do not do it. Your money will be gone and your projects will NOT be done. Does not pay subs. Does not supervise subs. Does not do what is contracted to be done.

Love our second story addition! We added a second story master suite with his and her bathrooms and a huge closet. The design and layout were perfect and it took no time to get it done. The bathroom finishes, lighting and stone accent wall behind the standalone tub are perfect! And the bedroom has so much natural lighting with the doors walking out to my new balcony with an amazing view! I’m not only satisfied with the work done, but I am absolutely thrilled! I will definitely be calling again if I need more work in the future!!

I just had a big addition done on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The workmen were here at daylight and left at dark everyday. From the quote on I have been treated with such kindness. They worked with me the entire time to give me everything I wanted and needed and stayed within my budget. I have always had bad experiences with contractors but these guys are great

Dustin has been a excellent partner in this project for us. We are doing a 6900 sq. ft custom home and throughout the process have been things that popped up with this being our first custom build . But Dustin has been exceptional at over communicating the process and what steps need to be completed next

I am so glad I got Affordable Construction to renovate my home. They took on a house that was ripped down to studs and turned it into my dream home. The home is absolutely beautiful! It is everything I wanted and more. The contractor was in touch with me during the entire process and always answered my questions. On top of the excellent work that was done, Affordable Construction did it in an amazing time manner. While everyone was telling me it would take until Christmas or later, Affordable Construction got it done in a short period of 4 months. There are no words to express how beautiful my dream home is but I can’t wait to get moved in. Affordable Construction is who I have already decided to renovate my mother in law suite. They do awesome amazing work. If you need construction work get Affordable Construction, you will get the best work and I promise you’ll love your finished project.

We are so glad we found Affordable Construction. Our pool side patio cover (featured on this site) turned out perfect. We got exactly what we asked for & more. Love the style & functionality. They tied the roof into the existing one, matching the shingles. There are 4-12x12 cypress post & then 1 split in half over the beadboard ceiling. Timeless. Very professional hard working team. W are working on another project with them.

I used Affordable Construction after my gone flooded. I was very pleased with the repairs and updates in my home and how quickly it was completed. The contractor was always in contact with me and politely answered any questions I had. His assistance and patience with me helped make this difficult time less stressful.

We are very pleased with the outcome and appreciate their availability to answer our questions, presence on the job site and making sure we were pleased during every stage of repairs. This is a company we would use in the future feeling confident that we would receive quality workmanship and the work would stay within budget.
