Luis and his team did an outstanding job on our custom patio cover! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The quality and attention to detail really show, and we now have a space that we can enjoy year-round. We’ve already been using it for Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, family gatherings, and plenty of everyday relaxation. I do love my new shaded patio but it took a lot longer than expected. I realize they had other jobs but I think they could have made a better attempt to get to me and finish the job especially the electrical and final paint finishing that needed to be done. I looks great and it is very functional at a great price. I had other contractors quote me 2X the price for the same look and size that I wanted.

Affordable Shade Patio Covers are a great team! They are excellent communicators and give you real information not promisory dates that will get you upset later during the process. I had 6 quotes from different companies and Affordable landed on lower middle.. They took care of HOA requirements, engineering designs and permits. The electricians they used were stellar and the finishers were incredibly meticulous on providing their best craftmanship. KC is really easy to work with and is willing to help with what you need such as mounting a TV! The team built a patio cover at my house. The longest wait time was getting permits. Once permits were acquired the groups showed up one by one and did their part. Framing took a few days but it was like an army of folks doing the work. The process was not over night but I am very happy with the finished product and our family enjoys it. Thank you KC and team and keep up the good work for your future customers.

After nearly quitting the entire contractor search and putting our desire to update our back patio on the back burner, we had a friend suggest we visit with Affordable Shade. Mike was excellent to work with, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Other quotes we got for the same thing were really high and bizarre. The build process was efficient and evidence of years of experience. Everyone who came to the house was excellent at what they do. Our patio is gorgeous. We entertain often again.
