Thank you for your response. It is unfortunate that after several attempts and 3 trips to your home, we were unable to resolve your concerns and meet your expectations. We strive to maintain our longstanding excellent reputation of products and service with our builders and clients. The shower enclosure was ordered from an outside vendor and they shipped the wrong finish to us. I apologize that they missed the mark and we did our best to rush order in the replacement. I am confident that your builder was communicated with promptly and throughout the entire installation process as it is customary for us to do so. We've since followed up with him and he is unaware of any unreturned calls. Your builder was also on-site during one of the appointments in your home. Along with us, he inspected the mirror edge and stated that it was perfectly seamed and installed. He was quite satisfied with our work. Worth noting here is that we have installed thousands of mirrors over the past 30 years. This is the first incident in which a customer has taken exception with a seamed mirror edge. I apologize that this industry standard practice did not meet your expectation. We do hope though that you get many good years of use and enjoyment out of the products installed in your home.
