AIF Construction Inc.

AIF Construction Inc. is a premium, owner-led design-build contractor based in Hayward and serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We take on substantial residential projects from design through construction: whole-home renovations, home additions and second stories, ADUs, and new custom homes. One accountable team manages the complete scope, working with trusted design partners and handling foundations and structural work, kitchens, bathrooms and every finish, so homeowners work with a single contractor from the first plan to the final walkthrough. Owner Aniceto Imperial brings two decades of hands-on construction experience to every project, and Suad Causevic guides clients through scope, design decisions and next steps.
