Met AIM at the Home Show, and couldn’t be happier with their product, team, and work ethic. Adding top-down honeycomb shades throughout the house, with room-darkening features on the west side have been game changers! The estimate and installation were seamless, and the installation team was respectful and efficient. If I had more windows, I’d bring them back!

Ben D. was so helpful (and patient!) as we were making our selections, and the install team (Daniel, Alex, and Brandyn) gave realistic time updates, worked efficiently, and checked in with me when there were any questions. We weren't planning on purchasing new shades so soon after purchasing our home, but when one of our shades tore, we turned to AIM. We had recieved a 'welcome to the neighborhood' coupon. From scheduling an estimate, ordering and purchasing shades to installation completion all AIM employees were knowledegable, efficient, friendly and professional. Our shades look great, keep the cold or heat out, but do not make our 2 story room look dark. We will turn to AIM for any future needs.

The Hunter Douglas plantation blinds we choose are beautiful and I think give a classy and timeless look we wanted. Elijah our sales representative came back twice to meet with us to achieve exactly what we were looking for. I can strongly recommend going with this company. Nathan the warranty manager was very efficient as well. He sent Justin and Brendan out to make minor adjustments. It was handled with the best care.

My windows are up in the second floor of my loft apartment. I wasn’t sure it could be done affordably and safely. AIM to the rescue. Every step was clear, professional and thorough. Could not have been better.

Nate, and his crew at AIM were absolute pros! Came in to see how each window faced and gave excellent incite on how the different shade options would work in each room. We had a couple windows with complicated mounting obstructions and his team was able to figure out attractive solutions. Thank you - we will be returning soon.

We purchased our Hunter Douglas roller shades with automated remote (you can use voice through alexa too!) a little less than 4 years ago. I can't even believe it has been that long since they still look and work as good as the day we got them installed. The look and functionality is just as good as the customer care and service we recieved throughout the process. Great company that I highly recommend and will use again in the future!

AIM Home installed 17 cellular shades in our home. Kevin was very helpful in the selection of the type of cellular shade and the color. The cellular shades were delivered and installed a week before promised. The install group of men were very professional and respectful of my home. They put on booties before they walked in and cleaned up any mess they made. One of the installers called out there was an issue with one of the blinds and that he would replace the damaged cellular shade with a new one. I LOVE the look of my window cellular shades. Kevin was spot on the color and the mechanism to lift from the bottom or drop from the top down is so easy to use. I am glad we decided to upgrade this mechanism. AIM recently came out to replace the damaged cellular shade. We decided to have AIM supply the shade for our outdoor deck. AIM was not the cheapest, but the quality is very apparent. I don't need to add drapes as my cellular shades look so elegant. As far as customer service goes, we would reach out to Kevin to get updates on our order (I mean often) and Kevin was very responsive with each request and was honest. Overall, our experience with AIM Home is AWESOME and would definitely recommend them. I give their customer service a 10 and quality of product and 10! You can't go wrong with this company.
