We and our 2 sons have had previous excellent experiences shopping for wall to wall carpeting at A J Rose in the past. We just used them again and from working with Nita in sales through the wonderful installation yesterday, we are very pleased. We think their showroom is very well organized and the staff know how to help you find what you are hoping to purchase.The installers are also well trained. WE have had the carpets in out present home for 5 years and they look like new. Now we are moving and needed to buy carpeting for our new condo.

The salesman was very helpful in finding a color and weave I wanted in stock to expedite the job before I hosted Easter and the carpet is beautiful. The installation manager was terrific too. The whole job was great, even when the installer was delayed they got another person to do the job before the holiday for us. Thanks AJ Rose!

First, A.J. Rose installed a laminate floor for me and the installer was a skilled craftsman, a perfectionist who took his time, made the necessary cuts precisely, and wasn't satisfied until everything was to his liking and mine. As a result, seven years later the floor still looks tight and wonderful. Second, this year I decided to lay a vinyl tile floor myself. In essence I wanted to create a colorful pattern with four or five different color tiles. The staff at A.J. Rose was instrumental in leading me to the right tiles, the right adhesive, the right polish, and placing the order for me. And, as importantly, they showed consistent patience, answering my many, many questions about installation. In my experience, this is a first-class outfit with outstanding products and stellar customer service.

After getting most of our flooring installed, they removed the thresholds from 2 separate rooms and told us they'd be able to quickly take our old thresholds, match them, and come back to finish the work. We waited over 3 weeks (after the project started 2 weeks late to begin with) and then were told that they would need to order new thresholds and it would cost us more money, despite that never coming up before or not being included in the contract. When we raised this issue with them, they ignored our complaints and frustration and just focused on getting the remainder of their balance paid for. I do not recommend working with them. They are bad at communication, they took forever to do the work that they did do, and they didn't complete the job. Take a look at the attached photo to see what they consider a completed flooring installation. Anything more than this will cost you more money than what you originally agreed on with them. After leaving a review on another site, I was contacted by AJ Rose. Instead of making things right, they told me that they stood by their stance that this job was complete unless we decided to pay them more money. Overall a pretty horrible experience that took way longer than it needed to. we ultimately had a different company come back to finish the job that AJ Rose wouldn't. STAY AWAY.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me as I spent a lot of time in the store trying to buy a very large area rug. The prices were competitive, if not lower, than other carpet stores, and the salesperson I worked with went the extra mile to get it delivered quickly when the original date and delivery service fell through. The rug looks great, and I’m happy with the whole experience!

Pleasant and knowledgeable in the store. We like the rug and the price seemed fair. The timing to order the rug was not too long. The install was quick and excellent. No problems at all and I look. This is not our first time with Burlington either. More like four times over the years.

They are reasonably priced and their delivery was earlier than indicated with a very friendly and helpful team. I recommend them

We had one spare room installed with new carpet. Installers were very polite and professional and did a great job. They also cleaned up nicely.

Very accommodating with large size samples to take home. Marlene was tireless in searching out différent samples based on my not very articulate description of what I wanted. I bought Armstrong vinyl wood like floor covering. Installation was quick, easy, and professionally done, and I highly recommend using their installers, especially Martin. He knows what he’s doing.
