My wife and I did a complete kitchen renovation, open floor plan remodel, and two room addition with Intertwine Living. The finished product turned out better and beyond our expectations! ANDREA and David were a delight to deal with, from the design process to struggling during a tough time getting materials to the finished product in May 2022. We also expanded our front porch so my wife could have her dream porch swing and she uses it all the time and invites friends to join her having a design background makes Andrea that much more valuable of a resource when going through a major renovation like this. Even though it took a little longer than expected, we have no regrets on choosing Intertwine Living for this project, and we both highly recommend her. The best review we can offer is the comments we get from our family and friends on how warm and comfortable our home is we totally transformed a 1968 ranch house into a modern and 100% functional area. This was the second time I worked with Andrea at Intertwine Living and I trusted her completely. She had previously elevated our home with new hardwood floors, beautiful paint selections, and thoughtful powder and laundry room renovations—so when an unexpected whole home remodel became necessary due to a broken pipe, we knew immediately who to call. Andrea and her team were quick to step in, providing calm support right away and staying with us throughout the entire process. From evaluation of needs to design and through construction and finishing touches Intertwine Living handled every detail with professionalism and care. They were incredibly patient and supportive during numerous delays caused by insurance issues and Andrea was truly present every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome—the results are absolutely gorgeous! We’ve received many compliments from friends, several of whom plan to use Intertwine Living for their own upcoming remodels. Andrea and her crew did an amazing job on our new to us home. Pretty close to a whole house renovation, they all did a great job working with us to design, build and finish the interior that fit us and our family. Craftsmanship is superb! This is my second experience having Andrea (Sensitive Information Hidden) and her team at Intertwine Living remodel one of my homes. From the initial consultation, Andrea‘s vision, ideas, and attention to detail as well as the quality of the contractors made the project go smooth and timely. They truly desire to keep the schedule on track. Andrea and her team go above and beyond to pick materials, hardware, paint samples, light fixtures, and furniture. Andrea and her Team visit with multiple vignettes of tile, flooring, hardware, and fixtures to choose from and then coordinate delivery. She is always conscious of the budget. Andrea has a stellar relationship with vendors that make the jobs go smoothly, always ready to pivot if something isn’t working. It is a stress-free process with a beautiful result.

The Intertwine Living team has helped us transform our home into exactly what we wanted but weren’t sure how to attain. We gave both general direction (“We want the heart of our home to be one vs the two spaces we had; we desire connection to the outside”, etc) and specific direction (“We want this wall taken down, we want a HUGE island, we want lots of light, etc”), and they were able to work with us from our abundant and often conflicting ideas to a cohesive, well thoughtout plan to the delivery of a final product that was beyond our imagining. The team is extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. Each sub-contractor they used on our job was excellent at what they did and so many went above and beyond in their delivery. The team kept us informed of what the schedule was week to week as things shifted which they did, but we never were in the dark about what was going on and why. We greatly appreciated the thorough upfront work to define, in detail, the scope and cost of the project which helped minimize the surprises and extra costs along the way. Andrea and her team were extremely aware of our budgetary constraints and worked within those even when our excitement could have had the costs running rampant. Andrea has a talent for knowing where to spend the extra money and where to save to deliver a high end design product. Her guidance was critical to the overall aesthetic that was achieved for our budget. So, if you want to fall in love with your home again -or- bring a nebulous vision or even feeling you desire for your home to life -or- have your home function better and more efficiently for you than you ever thought possible, the Intertwine Living team can deliver that and more!! They have a deep passion for what they do and it shows in every detail of our new spaces. We could not be more in LOVE with our new spaces and our home. They helped us create a central living space that is allowing for more living, more connection, just plan MORE in our life. Intertwine Living did our Master bathroom and closet remodel. It was a complex project, raising the flooring to match the bedroom's floor height, and taking in space from the garage to enlarge the area. They did a fantastic job. From design to structural framing, drywall, plumbing/electrical, tile work, paint, hard wood floor install, bathroom cabinetry, closet outfitting, everything! Andrea uses high quality skilled professionals for all the different trades, and she listened to our wants and was very accommodating, while keeping the project on schedule and budget. Andrea helped us out in an emergency renovation project in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Although we had barriers with holidays and COVID, she worked very fast with her team and had our renovation done in a very timely fashion. Her deign expertise coupled with her creative approach made our spaces so much better than we could have imagined! It is truthfully my pleasure to recommend Intertwine Living for anyone’s renovation needs. From our very first meeting, it was clear Andrea was willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs all while staying in our budget. We did a full kitchen reno including removing a load bearing wall, adding a mudroom wall, adding windows, all new cabinetry/countertops/appliances, adding more lighting, the works. Andrea was able to complete the project a full month sooner than any estimate we received prior. We, also, did this renovation in December! The holiday chaos usually makes things more challenging but Andrea was consistently just a text or phone call away and always made time to listen to my many requests and commentary throughout the process. She is not just a contractor but a true designer as well and configured everything better than I could have hoped. Her construction team was very respectful of our house and made an effort to keep things as clean as they could during the remodel. We are planning to do an addition in the future and will, absolutely, be using Andrea and her team.
