Alex and his crew were fabulous. Spencer was the primary employee on our project. Spenser was worked efficiently. He was extremely courteous, approachable and informative. If he was uncertain about something, he was quick to get us an answer. Alex and Spenser worked with us patiently as we addressed our uncertainty around the shower niche - thank you. Also, the company that was manufacturing our shower shelf repeatedly produced the product with a defect. Alex worked closely with the company to get us the product (be it a very small order for a large glass company) without a defect. My husband and I appreciate Alex and Spenser’s attention to detail, customer service and professionalism. Our bathroom is gorgeous. And YES we would hire Alex and his team again.

My husband and I had a truly positive experience working with Alex Cordrey Construction on a kitchen remodel. In fact, we were so pleased with our new kitchen that we also hired Alex and his co-worker Spencer to do a bathroom remodel. Alex’s written price quotations for both projects were timely, reasonable, and thorough. Alex and Spencer are friendly, approachable, professional, and efficient. Alex is a problem solver. He thinks long and hard about how best to approach specific aspects of the remodel and clearly answers all questions before beginning the job. Alex and Spencer do exceptional work, whether it’s drywalling, painting, caulking; installing plumbing, ventilation fans, lighting, cabinets, or flooring; or cutting and installing tile and back-splashes. Another positive is that Alex and Spencer are quite concerned with the amount of materials that end up in landfills as the result of construction projects. They recycle or try to find homes for old fixtures and appliances. I highly recommend Alex Cordrey Construction; it’s a company that inspires trust.

I've used Alex for all our household needs. From big projects to small projects, he and Spencer have been great, professional, very thoughtful, and caring. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to recommend them. The work he has done has consisted of the following: • Installation of a new Front door • New Front Porch railing • New Privacy fence on both sides of my home • Washer and Dryer installation and installation of gas line to power Dryer. • Clearing out garage kitchen unit to create space for washer and dryer. • Re-piping of waterline to connect to Fridge • Installation of various lighting fixtures in each bedroom That's all i can think of off the top of my head. But none the less, I will continue to hire them for all our household needs.
