We purchased a remodeled home in Corona del Mar but the Kitchen never truly flowed for us. After viewing Alicia's portfolio on line, I immediately felt confident she could help us keep our coastal vibe while providing us with a design that worked seamlessly with the existing elements in our home. The redesigned kitchen peninsula significantly improved our storage and work areas. She also connected us with excellent contractors and vendors, and guided us in choosing a beautiful cabinet color and the perfect counter stools. The result – wow!! Our kitchen now functions beautifully and feels completely aligned with our lifestyle and home. Our experience with Alicia was outstanding. She was creative in re-imagining our space while listening to our ideas and vision. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she was well-organized in managing deadlines and budgets. Alicia has strong knowledge of the construction process as well as high-quality furniture, decor, tile, flooring, lighting, art, and accessories. Her technical expertise in CAD design helped us fully visualize our space and helped the construction team know exactly what was happening in every room. She worked extremely well with our builder and was quick to offer a different solution when needed. Alicia was always available to us and stopped by the house regularly to ensure key products and installations were correct. We especially like the way she tied key design elements together while making each space more functional. We had never been through a remodel before, and Alicia’s and her staff’s enthusiasm for our project made the entire experience fun and rewarding. We could not be happier with our new home.

Alicia (Sensitive Information Hidden) handled our remodel in 2023, we were 3,000 miles away and she managed the entire project, including the architects (interior and landscape), contractors, landscape, purchased all materials, and created a design that was beyond tasteful. We didn't spend a lot of money on materials, however all of the comments from real estate professionals to our friends always commented on the high-end finishes. We live in a guard gated community in Newport Coast, before the renovation the value on the home was 3.3M, immediately after the renovation we received offers at above 5.4M. I never chased Alicia, she was quick, proactive, and on top of every detail. I would highly recommend Alicia to handle the interior design on your home, however she is much more talented and can manage a project better than anyone I have worked with. Alicia's core skillset is the design, and she can do much more!
