Working with Lynda of Align Home Design was a fantastic experience! I am thrilled with how she was able to transform my basic ideas into an incredible design. She made the daunting task of decorating my home not only manageable, but thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying. Not knowing the process of working an interior decorator, I went to Yelp and found Align Home Design and submitted a request for help choosing paint colors and for some decorating ideas. Lynda responded to my email the same day, offering an in-home consultation. Upon her arrival a few days later, we walked through my home and then sat down to discuss my style, ideas, and price range. Lynda thoroughly explained her billing and completed a well-organized schedule for completing the work. After showing her a few pieces of furniture and requesting to stay in keeping with my mid-century home's design, Lynda set off to work. Within a few days I was sent several professional idea boards she created, providing me various design options to select from. The interactive process was great and Lynda always listened to my thoughts. When I was having trouble finding the right paint color, Lynda created a Light Reflectance Value spreadsheet (amazing!) and we found the perfect shade. Just one example of how meticulously Lynda worked to make sure I was happy with each of our design choices. I could type pages about her willingness to adapt on the fly and somehow bring my ideas to life. Because of Lynda, I now have a beautifully decorated home (completed both on budget and on time!) that I am proud to share with friends and family and that I so enjoy at the end of each day! Lynda has helped us decorate and furnish two rooms in our new home - our basement "movie room/den" and master bedroom and we have been very satisfied with the results. Lynda took our home from its uninspiring monotones to a bright and creative space - there's visual interest to spare, all artfully appointed and not an ounce overdone. We work from home, and hired Lynda to make our living area a place that would rejuvenate us on the daily, an area for working and dining and hosting all combined. What she created for us aligns perfectly with our spirits and our needs, and on top of it all she was brought sanity to the adjoining kitchen. :D Thanks to Lynda, we feel like our home is now a partner in our work, not merely the place that we live. I loved working with Lynda from Align Home Design! I was very happy with the level of detail, expertise and recommendations that she made. I love my bedroom - I was blown away with what she did. My bedroom looks AMAZING!!! We were able to take my room from drab to fab and make it a sanctuary! My bedroom didn't have any type of theme or consistent image and Align Home Design fixed that. Lynda is extremely professional and listened to what I like. I recommend her for any house project you need done.

Lynda is an amazing designer! She was so easy to work with and captured exactly what I wanted. I have used her for 2 rooms in my house and would not make changes in my house without hiring her again. Her services are affordable and well worth the money. She is a great planner and uses tools that make the entire experience enjoyable.

Lynda took my empty, white walled apartment and transformed it into my dream home. She took the time to get to know me and what my family liked, helped me visualize it on a computer mock up, and before I knew it, I had a gorgeous living room, bedroom, and nursery. Lynda has a raw talent, and she is so easy to work with. I will be hiring her for the first house that I purchase

Lynda designed a beautiful nursery that was the perfect space for my baby girl. We wanted something that was sweet, happy, and not too “baby” and Lynda helped us achieve this perfectly. She provided an expert eye for finding all the right pieces and details to complement the room, while still keeping in mind our tastes and preferences. We definitely gave her a challenge as the space is extremely small, but Lynda amazed me with her ability to make the room functional and bright. It is by far my favorite room in the house! Lynda is a delight to work with, always professional, cheerful, and organized, in addition to being extremely creative and unique. It was such a fun experience and I cannot wait to work with her again in the future.
