Yes. I regularly collaborate with architects, builders and contractors throughout the design and construction process. Bringing a designer in early helps ensure that layout decisions, materials, lighting, cabinetry and all the smaller details work together from the beginning. It can also help prevent costly changes later and create a smoother overall process.

Design fees vary based on the scope of the project. Remodel and new construction projects typically begin at $2,500 per room, while furnishings projects begin at $1,500 per room. I offer a complimentary on-site consultation where we'll discuss your goals, scope and budget. From there, I'll outline the design fees and process specific to your project so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes. I guide projects from concept through installation. Depending on the scope, that may include space planning, floor plans, design concepts, finish selections, furnishings sourcing, purchasing, coordination with contractors and vendors, receiving and installation. My goal is to make complex decisions feel manageable while paying close attention to the details that make a home feel thoughtful and complete.
