Julio Checon is an excellent roofer with affordable prices and true professional. Our roof and gutters look outstanding and Julio was a pleasure to work with. He brought a big crew who got an amazing amount of work done in a few days. It was a huge job. He had to remove 3 layers of asphalt and the original cedar roof, then lay down plywood and a whole new roof---plus we've got unusually large overhanging eaves. His guys were careful, hardworking and neat. When we needed to replace some siding unexpectantly, Julio charged me the cost of the materials (giving me the receipts) and only charged me $300 for the additional work to pay the guys. Extremely reasonable. As a nice gesture he put really beautiful new flashing around our chimney which wasn't even in the contract. Can't recommend this roofer highly enough.
