We recently had a dining room addition, including daybed and new built in cabinetry, built by All Renovations. Top quality worksmanship and great value; theirs was the lowest and most reasonable bid by far. The All Renovations team was responsive to feedback, including quickly fixing all nits on our punch list at the end of the project. We really enjoyed working with Jim (our PM) and Tony (the on site manager) as well. Would recommend to anyone who is considering a home addition project.

We recently had a sunroom addition built by All Renovations and were very pleased with the result. They worked with us as partners throughout the entire process and always respected our input and changes when requested. Plus they were able to easily overcome what seemed to be difficult obstacles. They are honest, responsive, flexible and offer quality at a very reasonable price and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

I cannot recommend these clowns. Took nearly 7 months to complete a bathroom/ bedroom remodel. Omar wanted nearly 50% up front and thankfully I did not acquiesce to that request since work didn't start for 4 months. I basically ended up having to manage the job. No communication between subcontractors. Work had to be redone as one sub undid what the other had done. I have no faith in the electrical work performed, nor the HVAC. Pretty sure I have at least one live wire buried in a wall. One 20 amp breaker services 14/2 wire/ outlet and one 20 amp breaker was installed for the floor heating when a 15 amp is needed resulting in a fault in the T stat that took me several hours to diagnose. At least that breaker was changed out. When the counter top guy came to measure for install he pointed out the cabinets weren't square and helped me correct the situation. Do not hire.

We are really pleased with the end results of our room addition over an existing garage. The exterior matches well with the late 1960s construction; the interior finish carpentry, paint, and carpet are all well done. Tony did a great job managing things onsite. In one week, the existing roof demo, framing, and new roof were done. Through no fault of the contractors, the project took extra months to begin due to Fairfax county permits for 100-year floodplains. The earlier contract dollar amount was honored. It seems there could be better coordination between the team off-site, and the team on-site, which affects the homeowners. Make sure you seek clarification with as many people and as often as needed, about scheduling access demo, and anything that you may need to provide as part of the agreement, especially if you have not been involved in a renovation or construction. Tony's communication skills, leadership, and customer service mindset made any potential snags into no problem. Changes during construction, like adding a new smaller window instead of closing out an old one, were accommodated. We would recommend their work to any neighbors.

This company did a superb job with our basement renovation. Omar came to the house and personally evaluated the project. The foreman, Ainea, and his assistant, Robert, accomplished everything we wanted done and finished sooner than expected. They obviously take pride in their work, and were more than willing to work with us in explaining the process and adjusting when we wanted changes made. Project: Detached pool house (with central air and electricity). County: Fairfax, VA Estimated Dates of Completion: 6-8 weeks Actual Dates of Completion: November 2, 2022 - December 9, 2022 All Renovations came highly recommended from our residential community Facebook page. The contract review was pretty straightforward and the progress payments were timely throughout the entire process. The contract references construction grade materials, so just work with Omar on any upgrades. For example, we upgraded from standard siding to Hardie siding, and preferred the wide baseboards, molding and trim. Jim (project manager) and Tony (foreman) did a great job keeping us apprised of next steps and inspection statuses given the number of other projects he and the team had going on at the same time. The crew was punctual working extremely hard Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The crew did a good job keeping our property clean and safe from debris and equipment. At one point during the process, the crew experienced rain during the concrete phase and to our surprise they built a temporary roof and one person worked well into the night to finish off the smoothing and drying. We really appreciated that dedication and attention to detail. When the electricity and lighting were being installed, I was asked where Id like the light switches so I directed one switch be installed on one of the entrance. Tony and the crew went above and beyond and installed two sets of light switches on both sides of the pool house french door entrances for convenience. I liked how they were extremely thoughtful and paid attention to details as if they were building their own project. Electricity and exterior components were all up to code.

We had a hall bathroom full renovation done and are thrilled with how the project turned out! It looks great!

We started our contractor search in May for our master bathroom renovation. All Renovations was the most reasonably priced and within the timeline we were hoping for. We were under contract the last week of May and the foreman conducted measurements mid-July. With materials available late August, All Renovations started the renovation the last week of August and finished the first week of October, roughly 6 weeks. The work Tony and his team did brought a 1990s, builders' grade bathroom to a modern style that we already enjoy moreso. This required tiling the floor and the shower, installing a new exhaust fan, painting, new bathtub, and new fixtures. Communication with both Omar and Tony was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. If we had questions, both individuals helped walk through the next steps or advised when requesting their professional opinions. Trusting All Renovations with this work and in our home meant a great deal to us and was well worth it.

We contracted with Omar of All-Renovations to build a two car garage for us. We interviewed six contractors and choose him because his pricing was reasonable and his contract/bid was very detailed. Construction began in early April (2017) and ended in mid-May. I believe to total time from start to finish was approximately six weeks. Having a construction site at your home isn’t fun, so I was very happy that his crew got the thing built so quickly. There was someone there almost every day, including weekends. They did a very nice job. The concrete was poured so there’s a very slight peak at the rear corner next to the house, and the whole floor slopes to the low point at the corner next to the garage door furthest from the house. So any water that gets in the garage will flow away from the house and out the side next to the yard. This is very subtle (I doubt my wife even noticed). Sure will make hosing the thing out easy. We choose a single, large (18 foot) door. High winds can blow a garage door in if it’s not well supported. The concrete crew constructed a lip in the concrete just inside where the garage door closes to add support. I’d never seen this done before. The siding is a perfect match to what was on the house. The shingles were as close as you can get given the rest of the roof is 12 years old. We asked for a pull down set of stairs to access the attic so we can use it for storage. Last night, I went up there for the first time and was surprised to see that the attic had a floor and a light/switch – I didn’t ask for that, but it’s a nice touch. I’ve heard so many nightmare stories about contractors who take your money and disappear for months. With the exception of reading reviews, it’s hard to tell a good one from a bad one when you interview them. I don’t often write reviews, but my wife and I are so happy with the garage we got and the relatively short construction time that I decided to make an exception and write one.
