We built a $2.5 million dollar home in The Club at Longview. Amanda and her team (Hannah) were amazing. Yes the builder Arcadia and Architect Chris Phelps were amazing but it was Amanda who was the glue that insured success of the project. It was also her Firm that provided the creative and innovative ideas that truly made our home custom. Her knowledge of construction was beneficial -as she helped select and make improvements in the design of the exterior, flow of the house, etc. Yes - she did also designed our ceilings, fireplaces, cabinets, selected all colors, fabrics, furniture, trim etc. And we did all of this while living in Chicago. They were cost conscious and were just great to work with. The secret is now out that she and her Firm are amazing - hope she has availability on her calendar to help you - you will be glad you did..

Amanda and her team were the best!!! This was new construction and we originally hired her as a the designer to help us pick out plumbing, lighting , etc. After seeing how organized she was and always three steps ahead , we decided to hire her as our interior decorator. Amanda and her team at Carolina Design recently helped me and my new husband with selections for our new home and we were so impressed with her work. Amanda was with us through the construction stages, guiding us through finishes, fixtures, marble and granite selection, tiles, etc. She is very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction with all of our choices, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Carolina Design Associates helped my husband and me design and create our custom built home. Amanda and Emily seamlessly guided us through the process, advising us how to put together a beautiful, highly functional home that reflects our interests and tastes. They are professional, talented designers who communicated and worked well with our builder and all the tradespeople involved in our project. I highly recommend this firm and continue to use them for other design projects (i.e., refurnishing the master bedroom) to this day.
