Commented: Amazing house, what is the wall to floor joint called?We are the developer, so not sure about the name. It's certainly not easy, but I believe the drywall is hung with the space and then a piece of aluminum is place along the bottom before the wood floor...

Commented: Did you recess t.v. Into wall. If so how far back?yes, we typically recess the TVs. Not sure how far back but probably 4" and it finishes out at 3.5" after drywall. I believe this was done in wood, so I'm not sure how far back - maybe only 3".
