American Design International

As a high-end remodeling contractor with a background in custom home building and commercial projects, I've worked with many designers over the years. American Design International is hands down the best design firm I've worked with. Pam and Christy make an exceptional team and we've collaborated on multiple projects. They are service oriented, easy to work with, and bring outstanding vision to every project. Their design concepts and visuals clearly communicate their ideas, and their ability to create beautiful spaces while respecting their client's budget is excellent. The finished results are truly next level! My clients appreciate their excellent ideas, personal attention and service. I appreciate how much easier they make my job. Their clear direction and collaborative approach help turn great designs into beautifully finished spaces. American Design International offers both residential and commercial design. In addition to our projects, Ive seen their commercial work and have been equally impressed by the quality and creativity. I continue to refer my clients to this team whenever possible and recommend them with complete confidence!

I enjoy working with this team! Communication is always great. Our customers are always happy. Always on time and on budget.

I have worked with American Design for over 20 years on two homes both interior and exterior projects. Their expertise and complete beginning to end service is unparalleled. These professionals are approachable, kind and create beautiful spaces. I highly recommend this firm.

Working with Justine Marie and American Design International has been a pleasure from concepts, through details in design, and project execution. We look forward to supporting and fulfilling more capably constructed projects. Great connecting with you and your team!

We worked with American Design to design our loft space. We use the space for multiple purposes, and they had to combine an office, library, game room, and guest room, and they did a fantastic job. They are great communicators, delivered exactly what was expected, and made the whole experience stress-free. We love our new space and American Design!

As an interior photographer, I have the pleasure of photographing beautiful spaces with great designers. One of my favorite firms to collaborate with is American Design International. Their team members are some of the most positive, professional and pleasant designers I have the pleasure of working alongside, and their projects are absolutely wonderful. As a trained designer myself, I marvel in their wonderful use of material, color and composition and admire their great attention to detail, aesthetics and the cohesive motifs that unify their spaces. I highly recommend their practice!!!

I had a great experience with the team. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted. Everything turned out beautiful. I definitely recommend no matter how big or small project is!

Pam and her team have been involved in 3 multi-family projects with Edison47 and Rush. Due to American Designs experience and the ability to stay current with upcoming trends they have provided an amazing finished product. As a result of the Proctor Station "look" we feel AD has instrumentally played a role in improving typical lease up time at almost double the anticipated absorption for occupancy. Superintendents and project managers have commented on how professional, prompt and in the correct format American Design provides all of their documents. We appreciate the benefit of using a skilled design firm from the on set of project development and AD meets the challenge.

Hired there team because you get not one but three looking at your project. I told them exactly what I would want and what we would want to use the space for. When she came back with the design the dimensions were not right first of all they were forgetting key elements and they added things I would not even want. It was not a safe design either . They put a work out area ( which I never said I wanted) right besides a toddlers play area. I believe they might be good at finishes but not designing a space from scratch or a remodel. I gave them half of the money down to design 5 areas and after the second area it was not working with them so I asked for my remaining money back and they said I actually owed them money. Does not make sense at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED, but I came up with an amazing design and I am so happy with it.

I have worked with American Design on several projects. They are an extremely talented group of people. It is always a pleasure working with each of them and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Amazing Design Firm! They have continually over the last 20 years I have worked with them to offer a fresh design approach in solving my decorating challenges. They are accomplished in both residential and commercial design, which is hard to find, and bring a unique ability to provide design solutions, no matter how small or large the project. I also appreciate they are constantly sourcing products that can assist me in finding the right design pieces that can adapt to my budget I set for each project.

I am a 26 year professional in the home interiors industry. I am always impressed by the organization and attention to detail shown by the designers and project managers at American Design. They view each customer large or small with the same intensity to get the job done efficiently, timely and on budget. Always a real pleasure to work with them. Scott A McKay
