We HIGHLY recommend this company!! Mike Garofalo is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He and his crew installed replacement windows on our first floor, exterior doors, a patio sliding door, & a new railing. One of our windows entailed cutting open a wall to install a beautiful new picture sliding window. Everything looks FANTASTIC!! The jobsite was cleaned up every night. One thing we appreciated about Mike was that he offered suggestions. This was extremely helpful as there were things we had not thought of. His suggestions added to the beauty of the overall job. We will definitely hire Mike again when we are ready to replace our second-floor windows. Thank you!

Mike and crew replaced a window and sided our home, and also installed a ridge vent. The crew was professional, cleaned up the worksite daily and were very pleasant. Mike was very professional, he came over several times during the design process for no additional charge, he even repaired the chimney while he was up on the roof! We can’t enough good things about AWS and Mike!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They removed and installed 16 windows, including a wonderful bay window, a sliding patio door and a side entry door. All the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Mike and Tom are true professionals in my book. Mike visited us on several occasions to provide information and demonstrations about various options prior to our final decision. There was never a charge for the quote. Over the construction timeframe, they left the jobsite as clean as when they arrived. Do yourself a favor and call American windows and siding for any or all your building needs. Mike and crew are very versatile and can do far more than just windows and doors.

Can't say enough about Mike and his crew. They replaced every window in my brick home, including a slider. Exceptional work, excellent customer service and follow up. Mike goes above and beyond in pleasing his customer, He did for me. Replacing a cracked window that happened during shipment and fixing screens that just weren't up to his standards. He is definitely my go to guy!

My experience with Michael and American Windows & Siding was 5 star all the way. My request for a quote was responded to promptly and I had a visit within days. I have a small Cape style house and small 2 car detached garage and was having leaks in both roofs. Michael took care to explain fully what my roof needed and why and had suggestions for financing options which worked out for me. They were able to schedule my work for within a month and the work was completed within the estimated time. Care was taken with my yard and home during the work and I am thrilled with the results and with the level of service provided. We were in a pinch to have our gutter replaced. Mike and teamed worked with us and did the job quickly and efficiently. Mike is so easy to work with!

I just had 4 Alside replacement windows installed by American Window & Siding and am very pleased with the installers' professionalism and work ethic. I live in a condominium complex and have to abide by condo regulations that require windows to have a white exterior, but I have dark pine woodwork throughout the interior of my condo and wanted the interior of the window frames to match that woodwork. Working with the owner I was able to select windows that met my requirements. The installers worked efficiently and did an excelent job of cleaning up after themselves. I will definitely consider using this company again if I need to replace any more of my windows.

I am beyond pleased with the work of this company. They did siding on my house and garage, as well as replacing the gutters on the house. The house looks like a new construction project. I have received so many compliments on the work that they did. Mike, the owner communicated with me every step of the way, and answered any questions that I had. His crew was very professional, showed up to work on time and cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves. They also finished the work in the time frame that was originally stated. In 2013, we hired American Windows & Siding to redo the windows for our entire house in Glastonbury. It was a big job with a lot of windows for a contempory house. We chosed to use Alside windows. The owner of American Windows & Siding, Mr. Michael Garofalo, was very detail oriented and had a great attitude to pay ttention to details and customer service. We enoyed working with him and liked his team's workmanship. Now it is 2020, the windows are still in great shape. We had a couple of minor tune-up services needed over the years, he came back to fix them without charge. Very responsible and great work ethics. We would recommend him and his company highly. We would also highly recommend Alside windows.

If we could give Mike 10 stars for the roofing job that he & his crew did for us we would!!! Our house is not only physically difficult to access but our roof is made up of many different peaks, valleys & roof offshoots making it very complicated! This was not a straight forward roofing job & from beginning to end the entire process was a painless experience for us. Mike's quote for the work was extremely reasonable, his customer service, attention to detail & workmanship are outstanding and his workers are extremely courteous, respectful & hard working. We haven't had any issues with anything that was done on our roof or the new skylight installed & truly appreciate the outstanding results that Mike & his workers were able to accomplish on such a complicated roofing project. We highly recommend hiring Mike to do any roofing job or window installation & are looking forward to working with Mike & his men again in the Spring of 2021 to put new siding on our house.

We had them replaced the windows for us a couple of years ago and we were very happy with the service so we contacted them again to have them to do the doors. The guys are great, professional, patient and working hard! Definitely will recommend to our friends.
