Amy has an incredible eye and is the consummate design professional. She works hard to understand the objectives, budget, and priorities of her clients before bringing her creative ideas to the table. I have worked with her on several projects from bathroom to kitchen to furniture consultation .... and in each case, she brought forward wonderful ideas and a range of them at that. From small to large projects, I would highly recommend her and will definitely consult with her on any future projects of my own.

Amy was instrumental in helping me and my husband create a beautiful home, literally from the ground up! She started by getting to know us, our tastes, our preferred lifestyle, and then tailored her designs to work for us. Because we were remote from the new home construction for weeks and sometimes months, it was crucial for us to work with someone we could trust completely, and Amy never failed to live up to that trust. She is always professional and a pleasure to work with, in person and (sometimes) over FaceTime. As a result of her vision, patience, and talent we have a beautiful home which we love! I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough!

Amy Friedberg helped us remodel the home we bought starting in the design and planning stage, through helping us find an excellent contractor; through supervising his work when we were out of town; through selection of furniture, interior and exterior paint colors, wallpaper, etc.; through completing every last detail. Amy and her assistant Marthy are a pleasure to work with. They attended to all the details and responded to our inquiries promptly. She listened closely, was full of good ideas, worked respectfully with our budget and we are extremely happy with the end result. We loved working with Amy! She is an incredibly talented, meticulous professional. We hired Amy to decorate and furnish our entire home when we moved to La Jolla, CA from San Francisco. It was our first time using a designer and she made us feel so comfortable through the entire process. This was a remote job so Amy was not able to come onsite to visit the home because it was being occupied at the time. She worked off floor plans and pictures provided. It worked out great! We wanted a coastal comfortable airy vibe and she delivered! Our young children love their new rooms too. She found amazing pieces we couldn't even dream to put together and some were from manufacturers only available for purchase from designers. We had custom sofas made that were gorgeous and comfortable and at prices comparable to retailers like DWR or RH - which was what we asked for. We also had wallpaper put in which transformed some of our rooms beautifully. In addition, she advised on flooring, paint, selected fixtures and their placement. She is great at communication and we always felt in touch with where the project was going. When the items arrived, we could see the vision come together and we are so very happy with our beautiful home in coastal La Jolla, CA! We get compliments regularly from our house guests. Amy has a fantastic team and I appreciate how easy it was to work with her and Noura. Their sincere desire to make our home beautiful was felt each time we communicated. They were also great about sticking with our budget and gave us feedback that helped us make decisions. I can't say enough great things about Amy and her team.

I was working with Amy for a while on remodeling design ideas, materials, and furniture choices for my home in Los Altos over the last year. She is very attentive to what your needs / taste / ideas are and how to incorporate that within a sound design and style!! My kitchen was fairly small sized, but Amy has come up with folding doors narrow cabinet ideas that hide all the typical kitchen mess behind closed doors in a way that creates a finished modern look of the kitchen with integrated / hidden storage and lots of functional space. Amy has been very patient reviewing many options with me and proposing her own ideas - we have got final product that we both love!

Amy is amazing! She provides incredible ideas, takes feedback and presents options with her point of view. She is able to work efficiently while delivering high quality design work and taking an interest in the project every step of the way. Can't wait to work with Amy again on a bigger project!

Amy does a great job pulling together all the parts and pieces of a project creatively and thoroughly. She has established good relationships with reps and providers around the area so meetings and decisions move quickly. And the design is excellent! - She has a good sense of space and color, and takes on the details needed to finalize and draw what is needed. Her expertise in tiling and plumbing is impressive, so bathrooms and bathroom renovations are a special skill. Highly recommended!

Amy was our designer for our entryway and master bathroom remodel in 2016. She did a fantastic job defining the scope of the project based on our family's lifestyle, finding an excellent contractor, and staying on top of every detail of the project. She was very creative at finding the perfect solution to maximize space with unusual constraints for the bathroom - we never would have come up with this solution on our own. She was communicative with us when needed and was great at making choices independently when we asked, since we have busy jobs. We are thrilled at how our entrance and bathroom turned out, and are using her again for our second remodel next year.
