I randomly found BBF Construction doing a web search for contractors when a tree fell on our roof during a rainstorm leaving our master bedroom flooded and with an impromptu skylight. The next day I called and left a message; Andy called me back within 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes of hanging up with Andy, his site manager, Kenny, called and talked through our situation with us. The very next morning their crew was at our house demoing all the wet stuff and putting a tarp over the hole in our roof. In very short order we went from total chaos to settling in while we waited for insurance and work permits. Throughout the process, Andy, Kenny, and the entire BBF crew walked us through all the steps to get our bedroom back to normal—like it never happened. I'm so thankful for BBF Construction and the work they did. We could not be happier.

Built a home in Pace FL with BBF. I was given their contact from a buddy who just used them for his home. Great experience with a phenomenal team. House is built like a tank and the trim work was top notch. Issues arise when building a home (trust me weather has a say in your build). Andy and Will make it clear from the beginning that no matter what they will make it right. Can’t tell you how valuable that piece of mind is!! Andy and all his crew were very exceptional professionals to work with. A relatively normal job did the usual in home renovation and became a bit more complicated than expected. The team went above and beyond in communicating with me and letting me know what exactly was going on, how they would take care of it, and why they were doing what they were. He had every professional trade you can think of on speed dial waiting just in case they were needed. The house looks amazing, everyone was very professional, and I am very pleased with how things turned out and the final project. If you need a contractor for any job, this it the one you call first! You will not be disappointed.

Andy and his crew have completed one house and is currently in the process of completing another for me. During the construction of the initial house the attention to detail was excellent. His crew put the effort in to ensure the tasks were completed professionally and efficiently. At completion the detailed punch down list was worked off to my satisfaction, no compromises necessary. Final cost of the house, dispute escalating construction costs, was fair and reasonable. Thus far on the work on the second house has followed that of the initial house, professional and efficient. As with designing and planning for a custom home customer demands and expectations can sometimes be unrealistic. Andy and his crew have been receptive to my requests taking the time to explore the pros and cons of these requests, making recommendations as necessary. They are great to work with. I highly recommend consider working with BBF on the construction of a new custom home.

Andy and his crew helped bring all of our “Florida Beach Cottage” dreams to life! We moved from Indiana and took a chance on a ROUGH flip house that they barely even started on. We are so thankful everyday we did it! We couldn’t be happier with our new Florida house!! Thankful for the communication, teamwork, and craftsmanship!! :)

When hurricane Sally came through on September 15,2020. Our house flooded and we had 3 feet of water in our home, and it covered 2.5 acres. I called contractors for days with no one returning our calls. Then Andy left me a message. I called him back and we met at our property. He was honest and told us that he has other families that are out of their homes from hurricane Sally. He walked through the house Told us whet he can do and gave us a lot of advice. We were not in a flood zone, so we didn't have flood insurance. Andy walked us through the process and made sure that we understood everything. Andy got started on the house, we were staying in our RV by our home, so we were able to see everything that was being done. Andy's crew was absolutely great. They were courtesy and cleaned up after their selves. Andy would meet with us every few weeks and go over what's next and answer any questions. We were about 3 weeks from moving in. lower cabinets were just installed, and the tropical storm that came in flooded us again, so everything that was done had to be torn out again. We told Andy that we didn't know what we were going to do, because we just went through everything, but we must get the house re-done. Andy told me not to worry that he will get someone over in the next few days to tear the flooring and sheetrock out, and that comes first, he said we will worry about the rest another day. The next day, I got home, or to the RV, and seen that the house had been gutted completely and Andy had fans drying the house out so he can get started again. We had a berm built 4 feet high and 465 feet long, so the water doesn't come to or through our property anymore. That was Andy's idea. He was concerned that we get started again, and the same thing happen. That took about 3 weeks to do, and Andy followed up with me on this the entire time so he can get started back on the house without any worries of water becoming an issue again. Andy got started again. Andy went out of his way to speed things up, like helping us with our cabinet order and it not taking 4 months like most cabinet builders wanted. We finally got back in our home after 2 floods. There is not another contractor I will ever work with. It’s been a year now since the first flood, and contractors are calling me every few days wanting me to use them to re-build my home. I explained, I called them a year ago and I am finally hearing from them. They all say they were busy but have the time now. I explained that I hired a contractor, BBF contractors and he was busy also, but took the time to call me, he wasn’t s sure he had the time to take the job either, he explained to us that we were down the list but will get to us as fast as he could, and that was fine with us. So, I tell all the contractors that are calling, that a call back would have been nice a year ago, and that's how Andy got our business, by just calling us back.

Andy and his crew were fantastic. Scheduling, quality, and communication were above and beyond what was expected. Many contractors can throw out a low ball quote to entice you, only to blame unexpected supplier costs and hidden damages to justify increasing the price. Andy's quote was spot on accurate, he was honest about changes he potentially saw and the costs associated with them. Andy and BBF will be the only ones allowed to work on our house in the future. Andy Needles and his team did a fantastic job in realizing our remodeling dream at our home in Pensacola. They were very helpful in the planning of the remodel, they were efficient and professional during the remodel. And they paid attention to the little things during the final phase of the remodel. Andy's crew exceeded all my expectations and so much more.! Although I continued to live in the house during renovation, they worked around me and made me as comfortable as possible. Having commissioned numerous projets at multiple properties with contractors throughout the country, I can emphatically state that I wish BBF Contractors operated nationwide! The foundation of a business is the character of its founders/owners and I believe this is what sets BBF apart from all others. When they say that they truly care about the customers satisfaction, they no kidding mean it. BBF's follow through and professionalism is what you hope for and expect from so many, but unfortunately so few deliver. Not so with BBF. They deliver time and again. Such is my experience with them through over $100K in projects over the course of a year during which we had to deal with two hurricane's and multiple customer modifications mid-project. I cannot more highly recommend BBF Contractors for all your building needs!
