I have built or remodeled many times. The Lecy Bros. team and dedicated subcontractors were the best by far! Professional, ethical, courteous, responsive, flexible. Inevitably, a few things don't always go as planned in a major remodel project, but Lecy always came through and collaborated to find the best solutions. We would highly recommend Lecy Bros. They finished our 5,700 sq ft house on time and under budget! How many times does someone building a house get to say that about their builder? We had originally started with another contractor, but decided to look around. We interviewed several contractors and really liked the finished products that we saw Lecy Bros. build. We called their references (they give you a complete list of every project that they have done and let you call any of them). The references all said they were happy and would use them again. The design process went smooth. We were on a relatively short time frame and Andy worked us through the process professionally and gave us all the attention that we needed. The project started on time. Mark Lecy was involved in helping us select the best placement and orientation for the house. The on-site manager, Anthony, was always available throughout the process. My wife really enjoyed working with Suzanne, the designer. The subs and tradesmen were top-notch and did careful, thoughtful work. The most important part of the project, the finished product was top quality. We even had a couple of folks that we did not know, stop by the project and ask who our builder was since they had not seen someone use the quality of products in home building nowadays. We did our home on a cost-plus basis and we received copies of all invoices and details. Our home was finished at the end of August, 2017, so we have been in it for about 18 months and are very pleased. We have had the occasional call-back item (as anyone would) and they have been extremely good at coming back and correcting any situation. We would highly recommend them, they do great work at a fair price.

Lecy did an interior remodel for us. Removed a wall, added flooring and refinished an entire main level of flooring. Stripped wallpaper, enameled and painted. We could not have been happier! After a terrible contractor experience at a previous home it was so amazing to have FULL faith and trust in the Lecy team and Kevin (our project manager). The quality of work, timeliness and fabulous communication made our home renovation (which is usually pretty painful) painless! I would recommend Lecy Bros 100% and plan to use them for all of our future projects!

From the minute we met with Lecy about doing our master bedroom and bath remodel, we were impressed. Mike took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted, made suggestions where appropriate and gave us some options to work with our budget. The design process with Victoria was super fun and easy. She expertly guided me through selections and helped sort out where we should splurge and where we could save. The actual demo and remodel was managed by Kevin, about whom I can't say enough. Definitely a "customer first" mindset, and amazing attention to detail, he didn't consider the job done until it was done right. And it was. We are extremely happy with our remodel and I'd highly recommend Lecy for building and remodeling your home.

We hired Lecy Bros Homes to remodel our kitchen after damage from a water leak from bathroom upstairs. I was so impressed from the first meeting to the end. In fact we didn’t just do the kitchen, but added 2 bathrooms, a deck, dining room, new laundry room and mud room. Kevin, our project manager was on top of things from the start to the finish. He made everything run SO smoothly and above all respected our house and our privacy as we stayed in the basement during the remodel. All of the “workers” were so professional and friendly. Victoria, the design specialist, was by far a life saver. She has an eye for what looks great and on top of that is SO easy to work with and personally connect with. We honestly felt like the Lecy Crew were part of our family and were sad to see them go! I highly recommend them for any project and in fact two of my close friends also used them after our amazing experience with them!! We Love Lecy!! We were very happy with Levy homes in building our home and also the porch remodel we did with them. Mary, the designer was so helpful and on top of all the details while building our house. Everyone was very responsive to our concerns. In our remodel, Kevin, Andrea, and Patrick were great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions and took care of requests promptly. We love how our home turned out.

We recently built a home with Lecy Bros. We were incredibly happy with the whole process from the lot prep to the final walk thru. All my questions or concerns were immediately addressed. I always felt involved in the process as much as I wanted to be. The construction is solid, detail precise and pride in craftsmanship was shown.
