I recieved damaged goods and the company was unwilling to replace damaged items for me. they would only refund a portion of my order price. why would i installed damaged good on my home. they were very unsympathetic.

Our shades can defective. Claim submitted in June 2022 and we cannot get a hold of any human for resolution. Here are photos of some of the issues.

I ordered 11 stair bracket from their visual damage section. They arrived a week late and were all broken in the same place. Clearly these were broken when they were put in the shipping box because they were all broken in the same spot irrespective of how they were arranged in the shipping box. What kind of store ships broken parts to a customer and expects that to be acceptable? Now I am asking AD for a refund since their website says their visual damage parts are guaranteed. AD is not giving me a refund and expects me to glue them all together and get a partial refund. These parts were supposed to have visual damage only and are supposed to be guaranteed. What kind of cruddy customer service is this?

I placed an order for 1 pair of shutters with this company on 7/28/16. Almost 2 months later and at least 15 interactions with customer service, still no shutters. Bought the shutters online. Paid in full. It took 6 weeks for them to ship the wrong product (after I contacted them numerous times) and then I have been promised 2 ship dates for the replacement. Now the company has stopped responding. I would never recommend ordering any product from ArchitecturalDepot. Ever.

My husband and I were looking for something to set our new construction home apart from many of the other local homes. Architectural depot had so many products at such reasonable prices that we were able to easily find "hard to find" moulding to make that difference. The pieces were shipped in perfect condition and the instillation was so easy. Our finish professionals fell in love with the products! They finished all the moulding in the house in 3 days. The customer service at architectural depot went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All thumbs up for this company!!!!
