Let me preface this review to provide context. We looked up Architectural Elegance on google. Google has their business listing as “OPEN” for business. I drove 20 minutes to shop products at this location. The person who answered the door was extremely rude. She answers the door and tells me, “Sorry we are closed”. Without any explanation we had to leave. My wife calls her minutes later to try and find out why they are closed, because she ultimately wants to look at products they have listed online. My wife requests a reason why they are closed and states, “I wasn’t given an explanation in person”, and the owner - Renae sarcastically/rudely replies, “how about covid?” & “you weren’t wearing a mask”(we were wearing masks before she opened her door). I can completely understand you are closed for COVID, but my suggestion is that you update your listing on Google to correct your operating hours, and I also suggest you talk to potential customers in a much more respectful manner. Lastly, don’t lie. 6 years in the Marines serving at the highest level, I would never make an excuse or a lie like “you weren’t wearing a mask”, when in fact I was wearing a mask. After 6 years in the Marines, MBA, multiple significant accolades in Real Estate, and I have never been spoken to that way before by someone I am actually seeking business from. I’m truly disappointed in my experience and I will not be recommending you to anyone I know.
