Gregory did an excellent job designing a unique garage. His design accommodated the lot challenges and also was tailored to our needs. He is very experienced in not only all aspects of the design and build process, but also navigating the permitting process. He had very good ideas and recommendations for us He is a pro and we highly recommend him

Minaker seamlessly worked with Gary Medima the contractor and the artist the studio was built for to come up with a delightful work space that sailed through the permitting process.
