Great small business to work with. A very knowledgeable team of staff who goes the extra mile. Appreciated that Adam was onsite the morning of installation to make sure all details were set and stopped back after work was complete to inspect. Cant find that anywhere else. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Adam and Area Flooring & Tile were throughout the whole process of our complete master bathroom renovation. Our master bathroom was very “builder-basic” and beginning to show its age. When we bought our house four years ago, we knew the bathroom would be the first major project to tackle. I’m so glad we did! Adam began the project by checking out the bathroom and listening to all our wish-list items. He took thorough measurements and was very speedy at scheduling a design meeting at the store. I had so much fun looking through all the options for flooring, wall tile, fixture suggestions and design ideas. Adam and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and work hard to find the right aesthetic that will also fit within your budget. We didn’t have to wait long for the reno to start! Demo was quick and painless, and the renovation began on schedule. I was incredibly impressed by Adam’s ability to juggle all of the additional contractors that were needed for electrical, plumbing, painting, and glass. Area Flooring & Tile is a well-oiled machine. Like any project, we hit our delays and hiccups, but Adam was always a few steps ahead of any issue we encountered. He was patient with us as we tweaked a few things and even went above and beyond to make the floor vent have inlaid tile so it would blend into the bathroom. I would give Area Flooring & Tile six stars if I could. This family business cannot be beat, with attention to every detail and genuine care for their customers. We have had people compliment our “million dollar spa bathroom” that I can promise was not even close to a twentieth of that price! We will be sure to use Area Flooring & Tile again for all future renovations!

We just had 3 rooms redone with luxury vinyl plank flooring and shopped everywhere. Area Flooring really helped us out. Their service and quality of the installation is really unbelievable. They treat you like family. Adam is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. He won't steer you wrong.

Area Flooring installed a new tile backsplash in my kitchen. It looks fantastic and the installers were both courteous and conscientious. It could not have gone better!

TL;DR - We are really happy we chose Area Flooring & Tile to install new hardwood floors in our home. Ed was such a great salesman to work with, Adam stayed in touch with us throughout the process, and the crew did a great job! More detail - Did everything go according to plan? No...but does it ever? What matters to me is how those situations are handled. When things went different than planned, the communication from Adam was timely and thorough. Nick was so patient and took the time to explain things when I had questions. He worked late and extra hours to get the job done as close to schedule as possible. When adjustments needed to be made after the project wrapped, Adam made sure they were tended to timely and I felt that I was treated with as much respect and importance as a current customer. Everyone that works for the company is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely contact Area Flooring & Tile for our next project!

I had tried Luna and Empire but they couldn’t do the job in the way I wanted it. Adam and Kevin from Area came, assessed the job, quoted us a reasonable price and gave us a start date that we were happy with. Their flooring technician, Breynert, turned up on time and put in two and a half days tireless work. He didn’t skimp or make any excuses, even though he had to move furniture around to give access to the nooks and crannies. He just got on with it in a very professional manner and the finished job can’t be faulted. I couldn’t be happier with the result and strongly recommend anyone getting quotes to try this company. Very well done!

We are very pleased with the new engineered hardwood floors that Area Flooring installed for us. Adam was very responsive to any issues. We also had them reface the fireplace and hearth as well as install a new vanity top in our powder room. The fireplace looks great.

I can't say enough how much we appreciated Adam and Ed and Nick at Area Flooring & Tile. We had a concrete and flooring disaster thanks to a previous contractor's poor job when we finished our basement 5 years ago. Ed and Adam worked with us to figure out how best to remedy the mess we had to fix, and Nick and Juan did a fantastic job with the repair work. It was an unfortunate situation, but all the guys were just extremely nice and understanding. They were also very responsive and always called me back and took time to address all of our questions/concerns. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Area Flooring & Tile and I would absolutely use their services again.
