I love walking into the Ventura Area Rug Factory! Sue the owner and all of her people are so helpful! This showroom not only has custom rugs, but rugs in all price ranges and quality, from commercial to residential. Not only do they help find rugs for you, they will make them up and install custom rugs in the most difficult of designs! AND they are really nice about it! Thank you Sue for all of your help throughout the years!

I gave Area Rug Factory a 5 STAR rating and would go higher if I could. I am an Interior Designer in Ventura County and have used them for many, many years!!! The owners, Clay and Sue are so knowledgeable as well as their employees/family Julie, Jo, and Cassidy. They are friendly and so helpful to my clients if I am unable to meet with them. The showroom is very user friendly and they have a wonderful system for pricing the area rugs. The Gentleman in the production area handle the making of the rugs with care and the finished product is always 100% perfection. The location has easy on and off access from the 101 and 126. Please don't hesitate in using them for your next area rug purchase.!!!

These people are great at what they do. From the moment I started working with them I was impressed with their customer service, their expertise in design and the quality and selection of rugs that they offer. I purchased 4 custom made rugs and they're perfect. I couldn't be happier. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Visited the store 3 different times, they were incredibly kind and patient each time. Took the effort to show me different types of area rugs and educate me on the differences so I had a better idea of what would / would not work in our house. They worked with me both in person and via email when it was possible. They were significantly less expensive than the other stores I was looking at with a MUCH bigger selection and they seemed to genuinely take an interest in the 'look' I was going for. Highly recommend.
