I worked with Shannon Anderson as my project manager for my bedroom/bathroom remodel. She was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. She offered constructive suggestions and and practical solutions. Her crew was terrific. Each had a specific skill or skills and completed each job quickly and efficiently. My bathroom was a total gut job and so every skill was needed from demo to tile laying to stonework, etc. All workers were friendly and professional. They were very careful with my things and cleaned up every day. They tried to keep noise at minimum and were respectful when I was in the house. They discovered some copper piping that was older and could have caused leaking problems and were able to repair it while the ceiling was open. Shannon provided detailed bids and always informed me of any additional costs. My bathroom is stunning and also practical, functional and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased. It was an added bonus that my project manager was a woman as she understood my needs and could offer options when needed, I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling projects.

Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled. From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and left the construction areas in order every day. They were very respectful of our home. Greg, as the contractor came by routinely to oversee the project and Shannon, as the Sr. Project Manager, came daily to oversee the crew and kept us informed of plans, changes, etc. Shannon was very good at helping with design plans and ideas. I was so glad to be able to tap into her expertise. I would highly recommend Anderson Reconstruction for any remodel projects and I'm looking forward to working with Greg and Shannon and team on our next one.

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel and very thankful Anderson made it happen. As disruptive as the remodel was, I enjoyed every interaction with Anderson. They are punctual and responsive. Problems, either in their control or unforeseen, were immediately addressed. The crew's experience is evident in their work. They are clean, thoughtful, and friendly! I will attempt to give justice to the time and effort Shannon devoted to our small, hardworking bathroom. She is diligent and detail oriented. The extent of research she did for my window and faucet shutoff valves was admirable. She communicates well (and frequently!), listens, and follows through. I always felt I was heard. I can't wait to do another project with Anderson!

Shannon Anderson and crew remodeled our kitchen in Spring 2024, and I am so pleased and relieved (a strange word, but remodeling is scary!) with the work they have done. Signing on with a contractor is always a leap of faith, especially when they’re going to be remodeling something you depend on as much as your kitchen. From the jump, it was clear that Shannon and Greg were deeply invested in what *we* wanted for our kitchen—our project became their project. They were great listeners, great at offering ideas and suggestions, and leaving final decisions to us, and fabulous at bringing their expertise to bear when there was a better way of doing things we hadn’t considered. Shannon is outstanding at staying on top of all of the details of a complex project, keeping one eye on the aesthetics and functionality of the finished project, and communicating daily. The whole A.R. crew were a joy to work with every day. We tried (and, I’m sure failed) to stay out of their way, and they were excellent about making it easy to live in the house as they worked. I always felt like I could talk directly with Gustavo or Albert or anyone else on the crew about a question or concern, and they were dedicated to getting things right. It was easy to feel comfortable sharing our home-space with everyone on the crew. What you want and need from a contractor is that they do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, at the price they say they’re going to do it for, and they’re not going to screw it up. What you hope for in a contractor is fine attention to detail, a dedication to making everything right when the little things go wrong, no arguing or finger-pointing, and no surprises when it comes to billing, craftspersonship, or schedules. Shannon and the crew really did all that I wanted, needed, and hoped for on the project. We were on-time, on-budget, and the kitchen simply looks great, has all the functionality and storage we wanted, and feels like home already.

We truly appreciate your commitment on this project. I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the satisfaction on our remodel that involved three rooms. I would hire you again due to your professionalism, work ethics, knowledge, expertise, timeline delivery and tastefully done without exceeding the budgets! We initially hired Anderson Reconstruction to complete a renovation of our upstairs hall bath after interviewing four contractors. Shannon and her team did an excellent job from start to finish. We made the decision to have them renovate our master bath as well. While they were certainly not the lowest bid, we liked their professionalism and detailed estimate. Shannon communicated effectively and quickly responded to text messages. She made you feel like you were their only client. She was a great troubleshooter and explained things clearly. This is our second time working with Anderson and we’re so happy with all of the work they’ve done! We did our primary bathroom back in 2019 and we finally took the plunge to take on our kitchen this year. We have a young son so we knew navigating this project would be challenging but Anderson did everything they could to make the house as livable as possible. Shannon met with us everyday to review decisions and the guys were all very friendly, knowledgeable and kept the worksite clean which was so helpful. There were a few surprises but Shannon and Greg always kept us in the loop so we knew every detail of the job even when we weren’t there. We are so happy with how things turned out and got to host our first Christmas in our new kitchen and our whole family loved how it turned out. And then throughout the project, she was helpful in directing us to find the resources we needed. She is accessible and responsive to any communication. And she is present most days on the job site. She makes sure that you always know where they are in the project and exactly what the goals are for each day or week. The entire team is fantastic. I am a tile contractor and have been working with Anderson for over 20 years. Recently we've been doing a lot of bathroom remodels together. Not only are they easy to work with they also make sure to be onsite everyday to meet with the clients and guys on the job. They do really custom work and make sure to pay attention to every detail making my job a little easier and making sure the client is happy and informed. Greg and Shannon make a good team and most of their guys have been with them for 10+ years so you know they're doing something right.
