We only did one job for Bob in Oakland and had a very unpleasant experience. We found Bob to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. To make a long story short, in one of our first days of working with Aria, Bob profiled some of our crew members and asked if they were legally working in the US. He made us jump through several hoops to receive payments and was insulting and disrespectful on one call we had with him during his project. If you are a sub contractor, considering of doing business with Bob, I highly suggest you think twice.

I worked with ARIA Construction on the remodel of my condo. It's my first home and so I was very new to this process and Bob and his team were extremely patient and flexible in working with me. They were able to work with my budget and help me get my dream kitchen without spending a fortune. The work was well done and I appreciated Bob's attention to detail and patience as I worked through my design plan. I highly recommend ARIA Construction and would use them again!

We hired Aria Construction Company to remove popcorn texture off the entire ceiling in our house in Pinole. This was messy work and a tedious process. Their subcontractor was very clean and did a fantastic job. They managed the job so well we had them remodel our kitchen. They helped us with design and fixture selection. I enjoyed the collaboration with Bob on the total remodel of my condo. I found him to be clear headed and forthright. He would offer helpful suggestions and recommendations when I found myself at the junction of many crossroads as one is apt to encounter during such an undertaking. In addition, during the project Bob worked well with other contractors, vendors and city inspectors involved with completing specific aspects of the remodel and made sure they had the information they needed to be successful in the work they had signed up for. Further, his team is well experienced and efficient with their work. They were on-time and worked well and within the HOA guidelines (in terms of cleanliness, noise and hours of work) and they always left the apartment entry as clean as when they found it. There were also times when things didn't go exactly as expected (I've got enough experience in life to know this is frequently the rule rather than the exception) and I feel these were the times when Bob really stepped up and helped to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Finally, I would say Bob is a great guy with a great sense of humor... which is very important in any work where time, money and pressure are at play :^) You can't go wrong if you pick ARIA Construction.

To whom it may concern: We have utilized Aria Construction for renovation of our bathrooms, bedrooms, skylights, plumbing and electrical system in our 60+ year old home. This is a testimony that we have been satisfied with their delivery of end result. We can rely on them because: They are reliable, trustworthy, correct, considerate, concerned, communicative, efficient, and serious about their work and reputation. All workers and subcontractors showed professionalism, high moral and pride in their work as well. We are totally comfortable welcoming them into our home and have many more projects in mind.
