Arnold got me out of a Bind...he came to me about 30 minutes,was nervous about the price and workmanship..I totally calmed down as he could do this job blind...The price was Christmas in my eyes...110 Relaxed after the work was done..Thank you Arnold..You got a return customer...Thank you.

We have hired Arnold to replace and repair garage doors for us for the past 10 or so years! We call Arnold, Mr. Supper Fantastic! He is the most portative, honest and hardworking person. Today he installed 2 garage doors on our home. He showed up on time, if not a bit early. He charges what he quotes, quality work and quality doors. I had the absolute worst experience with Cross Country Overhead Door. The lack of professionalism from this company is mind-boggling. They were incredibly slow to respond, and when they finally showed up (late, of course), the technician had no clue what he was doing. The repair was shoddy at best, and my door is still malfunctioning! Their customer service is equally terrible — no one seems to care once they’ve taken your money. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually knows what they're doing.

Called for service Arnold and Kathy were both friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Arnold arrived quickly. I was offered different options and received estimate totals for all. Arnold didn't pressure me to go in anyone direction gave me the pros and cons and left it up to me to decide. As soon as I gave them my decision we were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. They were extremely accommodating to my preferred hours. I was surprised how quick and efficient they were. Everything was cleaned up when they left, and everything was taken away. I will definitely be calling them again for any of our door issues. I recommend them to all our friends and family

To say that these two men were quite possibly the nicest tradesmen I have ever interacted with would not be an overstatement. Even though they had a full day lined up, they managed to fit my emergency call in and were here in less than an hour. There was a cheap fix and a much more expensive fix. They did not pressure me at all to go with the more expensive option and were more than willing to just fix what needed to be fixed to get me through. I have so much respect for that type of honestly and have already spread the word through our local community. Thank you both so much!
