Armada Design and Build, just finished the remodel of our main floor, and it turned out more beautiful than we could have possibly imagined! From the first inquiry to the final touches my husband and I felt like Armada truly wanted us to love the final product. We started working with Charlie and Aya with the design phase which we felt like they really listened to our needs provided two options that meshed and ended up becoming what we have today. They got to know us so well through the process that they knew if we would or wouldn’t like something or not as soon as we asked “what if we did….”. From there Jacob our PM and his team took the design and made it a masterpiece! Jacob kept us well informed on the daily and weekly going ons and his team were so nice to work with that their daily presence is missed. It was an experience that neither me nor my husband expected, and would recommend them time and again for anyone’s remodeling needs.

I learned about Armada from a trusted coworker that was getting an extensive renovation done. For a first-time renovation that also turned out to be massive with several setbacks for a house that seemed to want to give up, I needed a team of experts that were patient, helpful, could answer my questions, and also documented everything properly for record keeping. Through introductions, design, architecting, demo, rebuild, and even cleaning and touch ups, Armada is the company I could trust to call when I was panicking or confused or just to get things done so I didn't have to think at all. They give a personal touch that makes the chaos worth it and make you feel like they truly care. I will be contacting them for all future renovation needs.

We felt that throughout our project—from the initial planning stages to the completion of construction—the focus was always on customer satisfaction. The team was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, making sure we received the answers and information we needed. We first contacted Armada a couple of years before actually starting construction so we could explore different project scopes and costs. At no point did we ever feel unwelcome, pressured, or like we were a bother. Everyone was responsive and took the time to thoroughly look into options for us. First, I want to say that what initially sold us on using Armada was Robin, our project consultant. She was simply the best! Her helpfulness, knowledge, and warm personality were absolutely top-notch. Omar, our project manager, always kept us informed and was very accommodating to our needs. We were concerned about the security of our pet during construction and her accidentally getting out. This was never an issue when we expressed our concern with Omar. Omar made sure the workers were aware of our concerns and was even understanding when we preferred not to leave a key in a lockbox for worker access to help us feel more comfortable with this situation. We know this created extra work for him, but he never treated it as an issue or inconvenience. He consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied and encouraged us to voice any concerns we had. He was easy to talk to, and we always felt comfortable being honest with him. We were also fortunate to have the Vlads working on our project. They were always professional and delivered high-quality workmanship. As with any construction project, we experienced a few issues along the way. However, Armada made sure those issues were addressed to our satisfaction and took responsibility for ensuring everything was corrected. We truly appreciate that they stand behind their work.

Execution of timelines for project staging was flawless. Project was completed ahead of schedule. Armada came through for us! Look to Armada as a company that will provide quality work to handle your projects, regardless of location. Hiccups in construction were less than minor, and that is rare nowadays! Overall, we are delighted with the results.

Armada recently remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom in our mid-century modern house. The challenge was to update these areas while keeping an integrated feeling with the rest of the decor. Because they are a design-build firm, Armada handled the entire project. The process worked well - the 3-D rendering of the design, finishes and layout gave us a good idea what the end result would be, and it was remarkably close to the final product. We had a tight time schedule, so we were willing to make some tradeoffs to get to the finish line. But we didn’t give up much. We chose a semi-custom design approach, selecting materials and colors that were readily available to minimize the construction phase. Their large showroom was really convenient for selecting those materials, colors and finishes. Every time we interacted with them, I sensed that they were a well-run and organized company. Their on-site workers, including their subcontractors, were responsive, friendly and helpful. And they did good work. The quality of the finishes was first rate (and that comes from a picky person). I highly recommend them for any project that you might have.

It was great working with the team at Armada on my restoration/remodel after major tree damage from a storm. The designers helped develop gorgeous new spaces and the crew was friendly and professional as they executed on the plans. Thanks Team!

Omar did a fantastic job on our kitchen! Very responsive to texts and emails, guided us through the whole process, and we were happy with the quality of the finished work.

We worked with Sam and Derek on a full home remodel, including converting our garage into a beautiful new living space — and we truly can’t say enough good things. From start to finish, they were the types of professionals you hope to find but rarely do. They were approachable, responsive, and highly organized throughout the entire project. Any time we had questions or concerns, they listened and offered expert-level guidance while also being flexible and incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to the inevitable handful of change orders. Nothing was ever a problem, just another opportunity to get it right. Sam and Derek are the real deal — thoughtful, efficient, and just great people to have on a project of this size and complexity. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Easily one of the best decisions we made in this remodel was hiring them. Highly, highly recommended.

We worked with the Armada Design-and-Build team for a remodel of our Green Lake home and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Timely communication throughout and the quality of work was fabulous. Greg (Sr. Project Consultant) was a fantastic partner during the initial intake and design process - so appreciate his thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and professionalism. Derek (Sr. Project Manager) and Sam (Project Superintendent) were a joy to work with throughout the build phase - incredibly knowledgeable, extremely accommodating, and super-responsive. Working on a 100+ year-old home will inevitably reveal “surprises” along the way... I so appreciate their “can-do” spirit in adapting to the situation and identifying creative solutions to best meet our needs. Pride in their work is evident every step of the way, and they hold their crew to a similarly high standard. Finishing 3 weeks early on a 4-month remodel was simply the icing on the cake! We will certainly be recommending Armada to our friends and neighbors.

Our Armada team did a fantastic job. We have a beautiful interior remodel with full kitchen, master and hall bath and paint and floor throughout. They were always timely and responsive to all questions. Derek and Sam did a fantastic job with communication throughout the build. We would highly recommend them in the future.
