We just moved into a new home and wanted to remodel the kitchen. We had been looking for a business to redo our countertops and backsplash for weeks, but we seemed to keep running into issues. Companies would not call us back, never schedule us to view their products, or were months out on projects. We came across Armex online and had a totally different experience. They got us into the showroom on a Saturday, walked us through all the products, and helped us design our space. They drew up plans right there and quoted us based on the measurements we took. Early the following week they came out to take molds and measurements and started on our kitchen soon after. They quoted us 4 days for the project, but it only took two. The entire project from start to finish took less than two weeks and the final product is better than we could have imagined. We are so in love with our new kitchen and will be using Armex for any projects in the future!

Wow! Cristian, Fernanda and the team at ArMex Stone recently did an incredible job manufacturing and installing our new quartz countertops in our home’s kitchen. Not only was Cristian (“Cris”) instrumental in assisting us with the selection of the best materials and colors to match our existing backsplash, they managed to pull off a miracle by cutting from one slab a continuous L-shaped section surrounding our sink with no seams! Everyone we met or spoke with at ArMex Stone were passionate about their craft, courteous and professional (including the installers). Fernanda treated us like royalty (or more like family) when we toured their showroom and reviewed material samples. Their pricing was extremely competitive, they delivered a fast turnaround on their estimate and installation as well as delivered an outstanding finished product. We couldn’t have been happier or more pleased with our new countertops. Since their showroom and factory are literally located in our Buford backyard, I don’t know why I hadn’t heard or knew about ArMex Stone sooner. Don't waste your time running all over town looking at various colors and materials and then waiting weeks to get an estimate. Less than 4 months after updating out countertops, we noticed issues with the installation. I contacted Armex to correct the issues and have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for my time/money. This company has shown that they have no integrity and no desire to assist their customers once they have your money. I have been blown off for weeks before even getting an appointment time to come perform repairs. When they did respond, the "only time" they had available was over a month away. I agreed, the day came and went with no one showing up or calling/communicating in any way that they would not show. I AGAIN had to contact them (twice) to even get a response and which was so pathetic that I was insulted enough to leave bad reviews everywhere I can think of. (advised 'last minute decisions based on no gas'- yet no call or correspondence until I initiate? come onnnn.) Also, it's worth noting that the day of the installation I have on security camera footage that they broke my outdoor step leading up to my front door by resting the stone countertop on it. No one informed me of the damage they did, instead the owner Cristian and his worker just set the piece back on with a dollop of silicone-- which nearly anyone can tell you will not hold brick onto brick. So of course it fell off again after they left and I checked my camera to see what transpired. How little do you respect your customer to not even advise of damage you caused to their home? It has been over 2 months and no repair. At this point I would rather just pay another respectable company to come repair the shotty countertop they installed, I don't even want these people near my home again.

ArMex Stone definitely earned their 5 star rating. We were extremely pleased with the entire process of installing Neolith counters and backsplash with Armex. Started with great communication with scheduling to the end result our beautiful kitchen. After doing research on the Neolith product, the common thread seemed to be that choosing an experienced fabricator was key. Christian's extensive experience was evident throughout the job. We appreciated his attention to detail especially with the "book-end matching". I would highly recommend ArMex Stone to anyone considering Neolith in their home.
