Armor fencing was the best decision that we made,they were time efficient and very professional.We love our new deck it’s so beautiful,so I would recommend them to anyone and I actually have.

Avoid Armor Fence of Northern Virginia. The company does not care about their customers, the salesperson is incompetent and untrustworthy, and the management is useless. When I met with the salesperson on my small townhouse fencing project, I explained in great detail, including the personal reasons, on how we wanted the slats on a board-on-board style fence to be close enough so as to be a private fence. Another company had explained how it was done and he agreed to install our fence this way. Imagine my surprise when I got back on install day and the slats were the regular spacing with views into the yard. When I complained, I got back the excuses that it was a great fence, met HOA requirements, was beautiful, looked just like the brochure and eventually that it met the contract requirements (which were a very basic description). He offered to correct the job if I paid the costs (to fix their error). Several times I brought up the commitment he made to me and our specific requirements – and never a response or rebuttal that he didn’t make that commitment - which goes to show he knows he screwed up and didn’t do his job. When I escalated to management, no response. Well, I did hear from Management once. During the installation process, he called to berate me about how their crew had been turned away because other work was going on and this costs them money. I explained I never agreed to that date, no one on asked to see me at the site, and no one ever contacted me to schedule it. His response – they sent an email! I sent him the email I eventually found in the Junk folder which includes a statement that a response is needed to confirm the date. No surprise - no apology or regrets for the error on their part. Their web site promises: -Good Planning: Everything Starts with Planning. (Not done) -Experienced and Equipped: We have been doing this for decades. (Didn’t help this time) -Happy Clients: You won’t be unhappy, we promise. (Definitely not) -We stand by our work: We understand how important your home is. (Only if I pay) So yes, my fault in not noticing the contract didn’t include any information on the spacing. I trusted the salesperson to deliver on his commitments, do his job and communicate the requirements. I also had misplaced faith in the overall professionalism and integrity of the salesperson and the company. They know they screwed up on this small job and failed to deliver to their commitments.

Project Manager never came to the job site after the sale, stamped concrete does not match front porch after being assured it would by the Project Manager / salesman that it would, electrical was never connected, indoor wire was used outside, Porch is constructed so there is poor drainage, the list is endless. Worst, the Project Manager refuses to take calls or return taxts

They will install your fence, but when it comes to needing repair you cannot rely on them. Reached out 4 times, to the salesman and office crew. They continue to tell me, I’ll get a phone call back. Terrible customer service.

This is a great company to meet your fencing needs. Quick to get appt. for estimate and price spot on. They stood by their time frame for completion. Estimated 2-3 week after signed contract. Mike gave updates during the wait and quick response to any questions. Worked with us when we requested a last min. change. The workmanship was awesome and our area was not completely flat. Demo of old wooden fence and replacement of aluminum up and out in one day!! One of the smoothest projects we have had contracted.

We just had our old fence removed and a new privacy fence installed. David from Armor Fence was amazing throughout the whole process. He came out the day that we called for a quote and helped us find our property lines for hours that night! I got 3 quotes from different companies and Armor was the best price and value. After getting approval from our HOA, we scheduled the install. It took about 3 weeks for the install date. Right before the install, there was a lumber shortage, but the company already had a solution and offered us an upgrade to cedar! The crew was early on the day of install and they completed the entire job in just one day! They did amazing work and cleaned up the job site perfectly after they were done. It was really a pleasure to work with the entire team. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. The finished product is better than I even imagined. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

David and his team did a tremendous job. We received a competitive estimate and prompt service. The work was well done and the team made suggestions on specific improvements that they did not charge us. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience. Excellent large patio with firepit and sitting walls. Build with additional staircase to the existing deck and under-deck covering with guttering. Very professional, great prep work with relocating drains and sloping of the yard to ensure the patio stays dry and drains appropriately. Highly recommend!! Easy to get in touch with manager on team.

The workmen and workmanship very professional! They responded promptly to followup items. Very pleased with the results and design and quality of work.

Installed a fence and paver patio. Prices were very reasonable and crews were on time and did great work. Project manager/sales reps were responsive helpful to get me what I wanted.
