Alec Meredith and his team at Armstrong Construction Services were perfect for our extensive home remodel. Some details of the project included in our cape cod: - Moving the kitchen from one side of the house to another - Updating two bathrooms - Replacing the hardwood floors and painting throughout - Upgrading electrical and plumbing - Installing HVAC while also keeping radiators (truly the best of both worlds0 - All new siding Alec came in with respect for an older house (1939) and working with an architect and designer that were all independent. This was a breath of fresh air from several of the larger do it all firms we interviewed. Alec made the entire process, from the design and permitting through working with our bank on the construction loan to the actual project all easy on us and the work was top quality. He sought solutions that were cost effective. Even after the build was complete, Alec came back if anything came up in terms of questions or items that were even beyond his control. His team kept detailed photos and records to pinpoint questions if we had them. We would use Alec and his team again and again.

Communication? A+. Problem-solving? Check. Quality work? Nailed it. Prices? Wallet-friendly. Hiring Alec and his team is like finding a unicorn in a toolbox - rare, magical, and totally worth it!

I worked with Alec and his Armstrong team to do a major renovation of my rowhouse. It went as well as I could have hoped. Alec is a great communicator--honest and timely--and his counsel and advice was excellent during both the planning stage, as well as when the inevitable unexpected surprise occurred. My home was beautifully done, and he and his team do top-notch work! I get constant complements on the craftsmanship and quality of the renovation. We stayed on schedule and he worked closely with me to make sure we could achieve my goals within the budget we agreed upon. I can't image moving because I love my renovated home, but if I do, I would make sure Armstrong would be my first call for future renovations.
